Excellent customer service from start to finish. Everyone was very nice and professional. I was able to get my water heater replaced the same day I called. Great follow up to let me know they were on their way.

Absolutely awesome service! Justin and Vincent were in and out in 20 minutes! Changed out the broken shut off valve and flapper cleaned up beautifully and all within 4 hours of my call! I just love these guys!

A few years ago my wife and I needed some help with a drain and we called Paul. He was very helpful and was right up front about his fee. And then I wanted to change out my leaky shower fixtures. The water lines leading to the shower did not have shut off valves. I called him and talked to him about installing those valves on the water lines myself. For 20 minutes he talked me through the steps that I needed to take. I asked a bunch of questions during that call and he was very respectful. In the end I had him come over to install them instead of doing it myself. He brought his teenage son with him as his assistant.
He is an incredible professional and I am so glad that I found his ad in the newspaper.

Paul's customer service and response was amazing. I called Paul with a new kitchen faucet in hand and wanting it to replace out a 10 year old one that was failing. I would have done it myself except there were no shutoff valves under the sink, so I figured I would have Paul put them in too while he was replacing the faucet. He did all this in 45 mins, and arrived on time to boot. I called two other plumbers (big names starting with A and B) along with Paul and neither of the other two would give me an estimate over the phone (Paul did and it was 100 percent accurate). Neither of the other two could get here before Paul did, in fact, one of them didn't even call me back to offer me a proposed time until after Paul had already come and done the job ! Oh and one final note one Paul's pricing (which very reasonable), I paid more for my faucet from Menards than I did to have Paul come out, install it and shutoff valves and the call fee. Worth every penny !

I will only be using Paul from here on out. He truly exemplifies the customer comes first philosophy.

These guys are awesome ! We used them at our previous home for a new water heater and that was seamless. At our current home we recently had them out to replace an outdoor faucet. Also great ! They do what they say and show up when they say they will. We will use them again and recommend to everyone.

Paul is by far the best plumber in the area! He and his son, and other guys are knowledgeable, straight forward and very fair on pricing! I won't work with anyone else, period.

Paul the Plumber has helped me on multiple occasions and today was another. Fit me into his schedule so that I could have hot water tonight. I probably would have spent hours, making several trips to the hardware store, and still probably messed things up or ruined my water heater. Wow! They installed 3 bathroom faucets & a kitchen faucet + garage disposal quickly and with a more than reasonable cost. They showed up on time, called ahead of time to let me know before they came over, provided an accurate estimate up front, cleaned up after the work and performed a quality install.

We've had Paul out twice now, and both times he was exceptional. Our new house came with some hiccups the first few months. The first time he came out, he unclogged our kitchen sink when nothing we did would work. Then back in March, our hot water heater went out late one night. (Not just the pilot light. The ancient thing completely died.) Paul was able to come out the very next day to install the new hot water heater we bought at Home Depot. Quick service. Great results.

We've utilized Paul's services twice. Once to relocate a fireplace gas line for us, and initially to unclog a drain. He performed both services for very reasonable prices and the jobs were done quickly.

On another occasion we had Paul come out to unclog our main drain. He wasn't able to tackle the job as he didn't have the larger equipment necessary, but he referred us to a company that did and was able to help us out. Warranty honored. No cost, no attitude, just amazingly professional service. Water heater stopped working over night. This unit had been installed new 3 years ago by Paul. It was a complex problem. Original crew tried but ultimately referred it to "Paul". Paul arrived at exactly the prearranged time, made the needed repairs and was done in under 2 hours.

Paul did some fairly extensive work in our downstairs basement recently. His pricing was extremely reasonable, and the work was of the highest quality. He and his helpers were courteous and on-time. This was the second time that we've used his services, and it won't be the last. He's a wonderful plumber who I'd recommend to anyone.

Moved into a 100-year-old house in Omaha, and it came with some 100-year-old plumbing issues (and some poorly executed DIY work). Paul performed a whole-house re-piping, replacing all the supply lines with new copper lines, installing an instant hot water system, and re-locating several lines from unconditioned spaces. His prices were reasonable and at the end of the day everything came in right at the initial estimate. His crew worked efficiently to tackle the job in a couple of days and cleaned up after themselves. Paul has earned my trust, and I will continue to call him for future plumbing issues.

I am so glad that I didn't call one of the big plumbing companies in the area. From the minute that I spoke to Tracy (sp?) at the office, I knew that I made the right choice. She is friendly and patient! Paul is polite, professional and personable! He was kind and patient enough to answer all my questions and explain what he was doing - and I asked a lot of questions! I had called because the faucet in the kitchen started to spew water everywhere from the base and I had to resort to temporarily doing the dishes in the bathroom sink! The faucet explosion happened on a Sunday night and, since it wasn't an emergency, I called on Monday morning and was able to get an appointment that afternoon. Paul is the owner *and* he is the one that comes out to personally to fix the problems. He is a super hard worker and, although he must have been exhausted from a long day of calls, he did a fantastic job and the kitchen sink was back to working perfectly! The pricing was very reasonable and the customer service was impeccable. I fully recommend Paul the Plumber to everyone. If any other plumbing goes awry in my house, I will definitely call Paul again!
