I’ve used Southside Plumbing 3 times and am happy with their work each time they come. The guys are real knowledgeable and do quality work. I’d highly recommend!

I assure you not to use this company at all costs. Not trustworthy at all. I had XXXX out he is shady as they come. He was to fix a toilet that wouldn't quit running, replacing the guts for $180. I purchased the guts prior, he replace a flap claimed it was $20 Right like I can't go anywhere and get one for $2 plus the kit that was unopened had one in it. The shady thing is he adjusted the filler tube, did not replace it. I was in the room. He did NOT replace it. Then when I went to grab the box I purchased he took it and said he would dispose of it. HE STOLE IT!!!!!!!!!!!! These are very shady people and you should not trust them to do work in the house. Read the BBB, this one guy had a complaint about damage they did to their house, the owner then and now (He did sell out for millions this year but still runs it) He did run it before it went into his name when this complaint was filled. He claimed it was a new business. What a Joke! He also stated it was all new employees. The guy who came out has worked there his whole career. Which is over 20 years or more. THE LIES. They rig fixes without fixing. If you have to have them in your house, you better stay with them because they are not trustworthy!

Fantastic service. Couldn’t be happier. I really wasn’t expecting to be able to have work done late on a Friday with short notice, but they did it! Very fair price as well, courteous, and friendly service. Would highly recommend.

Southside Plumbing was great! They were able to come out the same day I called, and they fixed the two problems quickly, efficiently and under the cost of other quotes I already had. Would definitely recommend them!

I am a disabled man, that is no longer able to do basic plumbing needs. I had Southside plumbing out as a referral from my Brother who had them out. After they were out and I had my experience. My brother said the plumber he had told him to shut the water off with a wrench, but never fixed the problem. Since he was here to repair a bath faucet, he said it would cost $1000 going through walls etc. He was in my house a few minutes. He charged $200 for nothing, a minor adjustment on the toilet. But would not fix why he was called. Also said they charge 10% more if you pay with a card so only wanted CASH! He could have repaired the shut off handle without going through walls, as it was! They lie! I do not recommend would never allow them in my house or on my property again. Customer Service there is non existent. Only nice when you set up service. They don't deserve one star.

Chris and Quint were very polite and professional. They worked for 2 hours to hydro-jet tree roots from our sewer line. The rate was $505.00 an hour, that is reasonable for the job they did. They are both great assets to Southside Plumbing. I would definitely use them again if the need arises and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

Each time they provide us our options and always provide reasonable costs for the work that needs completed. They come in with smiles and are a pleasure to work with. American Rooters is top-notch! Honest, reliable, and truly experts in their field. They went the extra mile to fix a complicated issue with one of my main sewer lines and got it solved. Their advanced equipment and having the right tools is impressive. Also American Rooters exceeded my expectations! Their young technicians were not only friendly and professional but also extremely well-trained and knowledgeable. They tackled a tough sewer line issue and fixed it on time. Bradd and his team did an excellent job in replacing our sewer line. I definitely appreciated how courteous and informative they were in helping me understand the pipe bursting method they used in order to save my lawn and my tree!

While I was reaching out to prospective companies, they were the only company to take the time to tell me what and how they were going to replace my sewer in a trenchless manner which I greatly appreciated. It was icing on the cake when I realized that they truly are a family owned business.

They met my expectations, did everything they said they were going to do, they did it when they said they were going to do it, and did it in a way that I felt compelled to write a review, which I normally don’t do.

My wife and I can rest easy knowing our sewer won’t be backing up anymore.

From start to finish, their communication was clear and timely—they explained the issue thoroughly, provided a fair estimate of both time and cost, and ensured I was comfortable with the process before starting.
What impressed me the most was their dedication to quality and customer satisfaction. While clearing the clog they noticed that I had bigger issues further down the pipe that needed handling and gave me a couple of options they could provide to solve the problem, but did not pressure me to decide right then.
