Garrett was friendly from the get go. He explained what he needed to do and why with great clarification. Bryant tha joined in to help with the install. Both very friendly and knowledable. In this day and age I dont always see great customer service and I did today. I noticed it from the time i called in to schedule the appt. Nice to see!

Garrett & Soren showed up during the expected time window. They were both polite and respectful to my home. After their assessment, they explained reasons for drainage issues in a way I could understand. They provided several options and did not pressure me into choosing the one I chose. They were able to snake my home's basement drain the same day. I highly recommend Garrett and Soren at American Rooter Plumbing.

Garrett and Matt did a great job on the plumbing inspection. They found an issue which needs to be addressed and scheduled soon. Jarrod and Bryant got the valves replaced so they would work properly.

Garrett and Bryant were terrific today. They helped us immensely by being concerned about our patients and yet doing their job. They are great employees. I would recommend requesting them if you have a job that needs to be repaired.

I’m in the process of a bathroom remodel and my cat had been missing for 3 weeks. All of a sudden I heard a meow and suspected she had got tiled into the wall. We opened up the basement ceiling under the shower area and Garrett used a sewer camera to scope the joists. I think Garrett was almost as happy as I was to find my cat alive. Garrett was so friendly and sympathetic. He said he had never used the camera for that reason but was willing to try and I am forever grateful. Even Sarah who answered the phone was as sweet and sympathetic as could be. These are people who really care about taking care of the customer. I give them 100 stars!

A fantastic experience, especially compared with some other local plumbers. Garrett gave a great walk through with options of how to fix my problem along with flagging some maintenance and upgrades that are needed in the future. Total professional.

Brad and Jared fixed our shower drain very quickly and efficiently! Bryant was able to come over within the hour when we called on the weekend to diagnose the problem. They are all very reliable and kind!

Garrett at American Rooter Plumbing was a godsend. I had been told by another company that I need my main pipe from house to street replaced, but Garrett was firm that this was absolutely not true. He showed me my whole pipeline and explained very patiently and clearly how American Rooter would be able to help me. Garrett saved me from a 14k+ mistake! The team at American Rooter Plumbing is the best of the best. We had a sewer backup days before our baby was born which ended up being a pretty complicated fix on our almost 100 year old home. Bradd explained everything and was the calm and steady problem solving how to resolve our issue. We came up with plans and decided together on options that would work best for our situation. At one point we had every person on their team helping us with our repair and replacement. Every person we met was respectful kind and considerate. It really seems that all of the employees love working for this company. Although our project was complicated and incredibly stressful, full of surprises and changes, the team at ARP was calm, kind and fixed every drain and waste pipe in our home. We are so thankful for all their hardwork, dedication to detail, and bringing our home and yard back to what it was as close as possible! Here are some photos during the process and how it looks now after my husband and I finished the detail work.

Garret showed up on time and looked at each of the issues and got right to work. He explained everything and showed me what he was doing and recommending. Very nice and professional. We had multiple items and he gave us several options based on critical need up to “nice to have” with associated pricing. Excellent service and we will be using them again. Its hard to find a good plumber, even harder to find a great one. However the guys at American Rooter Plumbing have proven time and again to be nothing short of exceptional. I've used them twice, and both times they have gone above and beyond. Managing to be courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Jarrod and Bryant (my plumbers from today) told me everything up front, no hidden charges or fees for thier services (deep clog in the shower drain). These guys are the top tier of what to expect from a plumbing service. They never give anything but thier best. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

American Rooter is an amazing company. We decided to go with them based upon a friend’s recommendation. I checked out the reviews and scheduled an appointment to have my water main cleared of tree roots. I have an older home with clay pipes and two large maple trees in the front yard. The tech gave detailed information and options for both preventative maintenance of the old pipes and costs/pros of replacing them. They cleared the pipes and shared the camera images with me so I could see the extent of the root invasion. I didn’t get any scare tactic vibes or upselling. Thank you so much for the thorough, high quality, fair priced job well done! Will definitely be using them again in the future and recommend to everyone! Lastly, all my interactions with the staff were great, but Jarrod was a rockstar and truly a pleasure to work with. I don’t know what you pay him, but you need to give him a raise!!
