Had an outdoor faucet with icicles coming from it and was nervous I’d have a pipe break and flood my basement. I called Marc from integrity plumbing and he was very professional and quick to come out and take care of my issues. Ended up costing about half of what I was expecting it to. Never fun to have to call a plumber, but if I need to again for anything else, it will be them! Thank you

These guys are incredible! I’ve used Burton and American Rooter in the past and Integrity Plumbing far exceeded both services in both professionalism, approach, and value. Burton and American Rooter both raise their costs so that they can sell you a cheaper monthly package that appears to then lessen the cost of the current job they are doing. Even if I would have chosen the monthly service package with either services, their 20% discount still care out to be twice as expensive as Integrity Plumbing. Bill did awesome work, fixed the problems and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. I will recommend Integrity Plumbing and Bill to all of my friends and will always use them from now on. Great experience, great value, great work!

Called them out for water heater problem. They responded quickly and was able to come out later that afternoon to replace. Guys were courteous and professional. Thanks again for job well done!

Integrity was amazing! very professional, on time, knowledgable, and accommodating. I had a difficult shower faucet valve replacement and the tech knew exactly what to do. It turned out great! Would 100% recommend!

Called Mark first thing in the morning and received a prompt response/call back. We discussed the issue and he gave me options as opposed to something else shady. He had his tech at my home within 30 minutes, with the parts, ready to install. After installation, the tech, Bill, gave me some nuggets on how to lengthen the life of the water heater with the new parts. I will be using Integrity in the future for all plumbing and water heater repairs. Integrity are the Professionals… 5 Stars!

We recently used them for a residential property my business uses. They were responsive, able to quickly come out, and resolved multiple issues for us. The service rates and equipment prices were fair, and the service was very friendly. I will definitely use them again in the future if needed.

Had my sump pump malfunction during a heavy rain storm. One of the rubber sleeves tore and kept the pump from emptying the sump. Called Integrity, and they set a time of 12pm to 4pm. A pleasant surprise when the technician showed up at 11:15am. Very professional and efficient. He diagnosed the issue and finished the repair quickly. A great experience.

Really good company to work with. Called Integrity two days ago to schedule someone to come out and take a look at a leak that's going into our garage drywall from above. They checked in yesterday via text to confirm the agreed upon time window and then Bill notified me that he would be arriving prior to his visit today. Bill was courteous and an absolute pro in offering advice on what the issue could be and what we should do to rectify it. They charge $70 for a visit no matter if anything is done or not, but he was able to give me peace of mind that it should be fixed from resealing the shower pan. I'll be using his recommendations on grout resealers and dry wall repair as well.

Integrity has been out to help us with multiple jobs and they have done a great job each time. They are great at communicating and everyone I've worked with has been so nice! I would recommend them to anyone!

They put the company I work for on a do not service list because THEIR system did not send out the invoice on time. They also did not reach out about payment until almost 5 months later. So because they were late sending out our invoice, even though it was paid as soon as it was received, we were put on do not service.

Bill did a great job he did a full replacement on my sewer from the house to the street he got right on the problem and took care of everything as quickly as possible for a very affordable price i highly recommend him!!

Bill Drake and his assistants are courteous, knowledgeable, and fair. After the initial fix to our toilet started to leak (a bad wax ring; no fault of his) he responded quickly, had an employee fix our issue promptly, and even called to check back up on the repair. Highly recommended.

I had Bill come out and clean my main sewer line as part of routine preventative maintenance. He was very polite and informative. Not only that, but he was able to come out the same day! I'll definitely be calling him again.

I was having troubles with my floor drain flooding due to tree roots and they were able to come the next day. They were fast, affordable, and informative. Would definitely recommend their services.
