Bill and his team did a professional job digging up and replacing our main sewer line. His attention to detail and his understanding of our situation was most helpful as it was a stressful situation. At every stage of the process he was able to answer all of our questions and keep us at ease. I will always be grateful for his honesty and understanding. My basement flooded after hours and I called Bill who came out quickly. He did what he could & confirmed the real issue was the city’s sewer was backed up which caused our basement to flood. Bill said we needed to call the city and was 100% correct. The city came out had to drain/snake the manholes in our neighborhood and Bill stayed with us until the City arrived and helped explain our issue! Bill knew exactly what to do and what needed to be done and even followed up with us the next day to confirm our issue was resolved. He also gave helpful tips to us when dealing with the City. I HIGHLY recommend Bill because he is truly an expert in the work he does!

Bill from Affordable Plumbing did an amazing job replacing our sewer line from the house to the street a couple years ago. He was kind, polite, friendly, and explained throughly what he and his crew were doing. The camera showed cracked, broken pipe, belies (dips in the pipe) where water sat and wouldn't move until you flushed. A couple companies wouldn't let us see the film they took of our sewer line too. They also told us when we went to the bathroom before you go flush then go and flush again. Another words Double Flush. They said that would solve our problems. Bill Drake from Affordable Plumbing came stuck his camera down the drain showed me the pictures sent me a copy forwarded it to me and we sent it to our insurance company. The people at our insurance company said the video clearly showed we had a problem. Thank You Bill Drake from Affordable Plumbing👍. We will call you again when we have Plumbing Problems. 😊

We had a pipe that was leaking in our basement. Called a couple of people
to look at and way over priced us. Bill is so AWESOME! Priced us fair and got our leak fixed. The work was great. I have never met a plumber as patient and understanding as Bill. Bill helper was just as superb. Will recommend to all my friends.

He is very knowledgeable- willing to explain in detail the work that absolutely needs to be done, what can wait to be done, and what's not worth the time. That's commendable as most companies will sell you whatever you want without explaining the risks and rewards. He stayed in constant contant with me, provided financing options and suggested discounts based on the larger project I may have in front of me. This rating is 100% based on the time he invested in helping me understand. He has done some work in declogging my drain and a larger project is needed which I wasn't sure who to go with BUT after speaking with him, my choice was very clear! We realized we had a clogged drain, after hours. We called him and he was here within a half hour. He had the drain cleared quickly and charged us a very fair price. I'm sure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth is very important to him, so customer satisfaction is a top priority. He did a great job!
