Wednesday midnight our grinder pump alarm started “chirping.” Thursday morning, after checking the level of waste water in the pit to see that the pump was functioning, I contacted JTM to come and check it out. Hannah was able to get me on Friday’s schedule with someone who has experience with residential grinder pumps. Daniel was kind, efficient and knowledgable in his interactions and work with the pump and alarm.
This is the fourth time I’ve used JTM and will continue to use them when I need the expertise of a plumber.

Absolutely great company! Technician was polite, professional, courteous and knew what he was doing!! Can’t say enough great things about him! Receptionists were friendly and returned calls promptly. Arrived ahead of scheduled time and I was notified. Definitely use this company again for sure!

Jeremiah with JTM plumbing came out to help me a leak underneath my sink. He explained the problem and suggested different ways to handle it and the costs associated with the different techniques. He was kind, fixed the problem quickly and charged a fair price. Thank you!

Bernard and Dennis at JTM plumbing were extremely helpful when we had our main water valve and water heater flood our basement right before we left for vacation. They were very responsive and explained exactly what they were doing in every step of the process. Highly recommend. Affordable as well!

Of course trouble strikes right before the holidays, but like a speeding bullet JTM scheduled me and Daniel and Sam provided amazing service as they always do. I’m pretty sure I saw their capes tucked away in their pants and pretty sure Daniel hides the “S” on his chest. What a humble guy!
I can now get excited again about doing dishes and using my kitchen sink. This team always over delivers and it’s hard for me in my large connected network to find better humans than Jon & Traci Miller!

I hired JTM Plumbing and Drain to install a new water softener and perform a drain cleaning in my home. Soon after, my 1990’s water heater stopped working. JTM got it replaced!
