The plumbers who helped me were knowledgeable, skilled, and very responsive. All the pipes in my house needed to be replaced. harrison was incredible to work with – he really knows his stuff, was super friendly, and took the time to explain everything step by step as the work went on. harrison and his crew turned what started as a stressful situation into something that went really smoothly. the whole team was awesome, from the folks in the office to the lead plumbers and even the apprentices. my family and i felt like we were in good hands the whole time. i highly recommend this company if you need any plumbing help. after this, i won’t call anyone else for repairs or renovations, and i’ll be telling everyone i know to use them too!

john is a fantastic plumber! i called alexis's finest plumbers over the weekend, and he got back to me right away. he let me know what photos he needed to see what was going on with my plumbing problem and gave me an estimate fast. john even helped me pick out the right water heater and came along to make sure it was the correct type for my house in omaha. his customer service was great—super friendly, patient, and professional. he took time to explain everything he was working on and made sure i understood how he was fixing the issue. i really appreciate the help and will definitely reach out again and recommend to friends who need plumbing work!

We had a major leak in our copper pipes at home in Omaha. I called a local plumber early the next morning and spoke with a friendly person who gave me a rough estimate for the repair over the phone. The final price actually turned out to be a bit less than what was quoted. They also offer some nice discounts for certain customers. The plumber, Landon, arrived at our house within 30 minutes of my call. He was polite, professional, and fixed the leaking pipe quickly. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. i can't recommend alexis's finest plumbers enough—we’ll definitely stick with them for all our plumbing needs. when our old cast iron sewer pipes finally gave out at our omaha home, we needed the whole system replaced, which felt overwhelming at first. after searching around, a friend suggested we call them, and it was the best decision we made. landon took care of the project from start to finish, including getting permits, digging trenches, tunneling, putting in new pvc piping, setting up the cleanouts, making all the right connections, and making sure everything passed inspection. the job was completed quickly and with great attention to detail, and landon made sure we felt confident every step of the way. i’ve already told my family and friends about the team, and everyone has been just as pleased with the results.

Our company uses Backlund Pluming for all of our construction projects as well as our personal home. They ALWAYS do excellent work...the FIRST time. Best customer service, best prices, best quality of work. They never disappoint us or our clients.

Alex G did a great job for us today. He was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Fixed the leak in our shut off valve for our ice maker. Fee was very reasonable also. And on top of all that, we got same-day service.

I called was able to have someone come out the same day, and then he was able to come earlier than expected I was called and asked if this would be alright with me.The man that came to attempt to unclog my drain, was cordial, attempted several different ways to unclog the kitchen drain and he deserves 5 stars for his efforts. Unfortunately during these attempts the main pipe broke. I asked if he knew how much replacing the pipe might cost. He gave me a rough estimate of what he thought it might cost. He texted the supervisor to ask him to come and give estimate. This is where Backlund loses 2 stars- Unfortunately, the supervisor was very busy and from what I understood would call me later that day. I received no call that day, the next day I waited until noon for this call. I didn't receive a call so I called the office and explained that, during the plumbing work the pipe was broken and could I have some one come give an estimate on cost to replace this pipe, the lady on the phone took the information and said, "would give this to Cory ( i believe)" I didn't receive a call back so the next day I called again. this time in the morning...Again I was told that she would remind Cory of my request for estimate. All day Wednesday I waited for this call. At that time it seemed to me that Backlund didn't want my business. I called another plumbing company Wednesday afternoon, appointment set for the next day in the morning, estimate sent to me that same day, set up for work to start on Monday. My main pipe has been removed and a new one in its place. And a week later I have still not received a call from Backlund. The other plumbing company will now be my company of choice.

Backlund came out to fix an emergency issue when other companies gave me 3-4 days delay. Kudos to Chris and his team for timely professional service - they are the best!

We discovered water damage in our basement on Saturday afternoon and called Backlund Plumbing for help. They sent Alex within an hour and by the time he arrived we had found the source of the leak from our refrigerator. We suspected we needed an appliance repair rather than plumbing by that point. He agreed and after a call to his manager didn’t charge us because we’ve been customers in the past! I would definitely recommend Backlund Plumbing for 24 hour service and polite professionals.

Hot water line valve came apart on a Saturday morning. Like other commentators, I tried a 24/7 place first and got a Monday appointment (?). Backlund returned the call promptly, came out when they said they would, did a fantastic job and cleaned up, and charged a very reasonable amount. Have already shared them with friends and family that needed help.

The ONLY bad thing I would say is that the emergency service info is not easy to find online. You need to leave a phone message and listen to all of your choices.

I was lucky to get next-day service for a leaky pipe. Sheldon worked quickly, efficiently, and was very helpful in explaining everything he was doing (and why it happened). After fixing the basement pipe and replacing a toilet's valve, he asked if there was anything else. I had forgot to mention when making the appt a sink issue, and he immediately addressed it as well. Quality work, more-than reasonable price, and great customer service from a skilled and friendly professional--I couldn't be happier.

I really really wish I could give a better review because our actual plumber was fantastic-- kind, communicative, and skilled. He was helpful and definitely went above and beyond. My bad experience was all due to poor communication on the part of Backlund's customer service manager. So many things were miscommunicated or not communicated at all that it was tough to get the job done at all.

Edit: Cody, the foreman, went above and beyond to come out on a Friday afternoon and inspect a leak at our new property in an effort to "make things right". I definitely believe that professional, quality individuals work here and stand by their workmanship and provide quality service.

We had some water issues due to the heavy rains, and Alex was fantastic, helping us find the right people to mitigate and resolve the issue. We had been at a loss as to who to contact, or even where the problem originated, so the help was truly appreciated. Thanks, Backlund!

Alex G came out today on a Sunday as we had a faucet that wouldn't shut off and so we had to shut the water off for the whole house until repairs could be done. Alex came out much quicker then expected, he was very fast and helpful and provided wonderful "emergency" service. I would happily use him and Backlund Plumbing again.

Someone from Backlund Plumbing was scheduled to come out to do work on our house today before we had a new roof put on our house. No one showed up. Our roofer called several times and no one responded. Pretty poor customer service. I won't use them in the future. They came recommended too!

I have been extremely pleased with Backlund' employees and their service starting with Leslie who takes the calls for service in a warm and friendly manner, George, Sheldon and Dustin who took care of everything that I wanted taken care of and were professional and so very nice, special kudos to George who gave me estimates on the other things I wanted done and gave me great recommendations and last but not least, Mike from Zoom who cleaned out a stubborn kitchen drain. All of these guys were polite and courteous and did a great job. They were fast and efficient and did all the clean up. I have already recommended them to people I work with and will continue to do so. Backlund is my choice for plumbing issues.

5 Stars! I called in the wee hours Saturday morning and was immediately set up with an early morning appointment. Sheldon arrived and went straight to work fixing my toilet problem. He was so genuinely nice as well as efficient, knowledgeable and has a great work ethic. I was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Highly recommend for any plumbing issue big or small. I will be using Backlund Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs!

I was extremely happy with my service from Backlund Plumbing. They did a complete check and discovered that my pipes were frozen under our slab. We attempted to send electrical currents but the distance was too far to do it safely. They had a supervisor come for review and did everything in their power to fix. Now that being said, it was our error for not keeping the sink dripping during this freeze. We came to that conclusion as a pro would never suggest that customer was in error but did agree when I brought that up. Even though the temp in the building was ok.....we do not know how deep our pipes are buried and will take more precautions in the future. I mention this to save others from what happened to us by our error. The team wore masks, were extremely nice and professional.

I had an appointment scheduled through my home warranty provider through Backlund as well. The plumbers name was George and he was beyond knowledgeable and professional. He worked patiently with my warranty company when the job needed a little more work than originally intended.
Leak was fixed promptly and couldn't be happier with the service.
I highly recommend Backlund.
