Izzy came to take care of our toilet & sink on short notice. He’s very polite & courteous in taking care of the problem. In a matter of no time he was done and that including snaking the line. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing Service. We have used Mr. Rooter for the past 7 or 8 years with great success with several different of there employees.

I will always be calling Mr Rooter when I need a plumber. I always am greeted with a courteous person on the phone and theyve worked so well with my schedule to get someone out as soon as possible. I had Ronnie come out this last time. He was just so knowledgable and professional as well as a nice person. I’ve had 3 different occasions where I called Mr Rooter and one of those was a late night emergency a few years back. I’d give them a solid 5 stars for each interaction. I highly recommend them.

I called Mr. Rooter on a Friday because I'd been canceled on several days in a row by another plumber (Roto-Rooter) and still didn't have water. Izzy, Bart, and Bryson were able to come out within 30 minutes of calling, and they got me sorted. They were extremely helpful in explaining what the issues were and their concerns.

Everyone was super professional, and they were upfront about their costs. It was a bit higher than I expected, but it was worth it due to the how quick they were able to get the work done when everyone else was booked out 3-5 days. I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking.

Jaimie and Izzy were very respectful and did a thorough job of explaining the charges up front, before any work began. We were updated throughout the process of any findings and Jaimie discussed them with us. Both gentlemen were friendly and helpful. 10/10 Highly Recommed!

I have been a long time customer of Mr. Rooter Plumbing and they did it again today! Fast, responsive and straightforward service. Ray provided an excellent review of my situation and as always very polite and excellent communication skills from everyone on their team.

A+ Service. Our shower backed up in the late afternoon and I called Mr. Rooter. They sent Ron out within the hour. Service was prompt and Ron was polite, informative and did a great job uncloggging and descaling our pipes. Highly recommend.

We called to see how much it would cost to unclog our kitchen sink. They told us that they would have to see the job before they could tell us.
The service rep (Bill) came out & was rude as soon as he walked in the door. The price was outrageous. He said to just give him $125.00 for the trip charge & he would leave. He kept interrupting when we tried to say something so I raised my voice to be heard. He said he wasn't going to do the job since I "yelled" at him & again demanded the $125.00 trip charge. I told him that I was not going to pay since he is refusing to do the work. Then he decided to fix our sink but was rude & condescending until the end.
I called the office. They called back the end of the next day. As usual, they will "talk to him". They didn't appear to really care about their customer being treated that way.
I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.

Really appreciate how fast Izzy worked. We had 2 sinks and a floor drain cleared. He did a great job! Would totally recommend again.Thank you

We had a leaky toilet and Izzy from Mr. Rooter did a wonderful job telling us our options for getting it fixed. He was prompt, courteous, and answered all of our questions. We ended up purchasing a new toilet and Izzy did the install the same day. It was so nice to have this fixed so promptly.

Izzy was a great technician and diagnosed my disaster right away. Mr. Rooter has earned my trust! BTW - for the average man plumbing sucks. This team made it look easy.

I normally don’t write reviews, but in this case I will. During the last cold spell 18 February my hot water pipe froze, so I get on the phone with Mr Rooter Omaha. The person on the phone stated someone would be out within an hour or so, the person on the phone was professional.
When the plumber arrived who happens to be a sale manager for the company Ronald Peterson, he confirmed I had a frozen pipe and his solution was to cut a hole in my drywall and heat up the pipe for this he explained “it will be $250 just for me to take my tools out of my van”. The guy never asked to visit the basement to even see if there was the possibility the problem could be down there. After taking a minute to contemplate his idea, I ask if there was something else could be done without going to drastic measures of cutting a 4-foot hole in my bedroom wall. He told me that there wasn’t and continuing he wasn’t the one who ran the pipe and then he has no idea how the was ran, he also explained how he has been a plumber for twenty years and know what he is talking about!!!.
I told him that I would find another solution, he responded by asking that I pay $90 call out fee, I asked him to send me the invoice and I would pay by mail. Ronald left in such a fluster he forgot his iPad which I had to call his office to have return to collect it which he did about fifteen minutes later.
Thinking he was going to send the invoice by mail I waited to send in the $90. Today 26 February I collected my mail from the mailbox to find a letter from a debt collection agent dated 19 February for the $90.
What happen to the pipe that was frozen you may ask, well I called a local plumber ten minute after Ronald picked up his iPad and after I had explained to them what was going on, they directed me over the phone how to correct the problem. Find the service pipe at the lowest part of the home and heat it with a hair dryer… ten minutes later the water was flowing again.
Mr Rooter never again!
PS I had to award a star to post this one star too many!

We had a kitchen sink that had been draining slowly for a long time and finally became plugged. We called Mr. Rooter and Ron came out within 30 minutes and had the sink unclogged in 20 minutes. Watching the water drain down the sink was a beautiful sight. He then proceeded to do a camera inspection and hydro jetting of the tile line to the sewer and took care of some tree roots. In addition, he diagnosed a wet spot in the drywall in the garage below the bathroom and discovered some damaged insulation and drywall from a previous toilet leak. He was quick, professional, thorough & friendly. The price was reasonable. We are very happy with the service.

Izzy was our service provider and he was a joy to work with. He explained all best case and worst case scenarios of the job before preforming the job. He showed me the cause of the water leak and performed the need repair in a timely manner.
Pricing for the work was competitive for the type of repair needed.
I will be calling Mr Rooter Plumbing for my future work. Izzy is the Man!

Izzy and Aaron ended up doing a ton of work thanks to my older 1960s home, but they stuck to their word/qoute, had quality workmanship, and backed the work they did 100%

Even met the owner/master plumber who made sure they got everything done in one day (as discussed).

Izzy was amazing and he was able to get out to me and help me very quickly. We had him come drain one of our drains about a year ago and he was even so kind and remembered us and asked us about how the drain was working. I would recommend to everybody Ik who has plumbing issues

Quick response and fixed the problem! Very kind and easy work with. I was nervous that it was going to be a lengthy process, but he explained what needed to be done and did it efficiently and promptly. I will definitely use this service again in the future!

Ron showed up and took a look at the issue and gave me a thorough explanation of the work needed. He then went into it and took care of everything. He even took the time to explain things we need to look for in the future. I couldn’t ask for better service. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter and Ron!!

Ron called to say he was on the way, then gave me a quote and went to work. He was very professional and courteous. Drain is working great now. I will call him whenever something like this comes up.

Installed a power flush toilet. This is the second they have installed for us. Absolute GREAT job.

Izzy called before arriving. Put covers over his shoes at door way. I reported a possible water leak per M.U.D. Letter indicating unusual high water usage. He was very thorough and even informed me how to know when water was being used according to the meter. No leak found, he advised me to call M.U.D. to let them know results from his inspection. Izzy showed honesty & integrity throughout the process.
I would use Mister Rooter again.

They're the best 🙌🫶 I would highly recommend them for services as I had numerous quotes on getting new pipes/sewer line and there's was the best and they explained everything n actually taught me alot. The boss and his crew were so respectful n did so much work (not to mention in 100+ degree weather) ...they deserve so much more than they charge!!!
