Ron and Parish came early in the window of time I was given. They were courteous and professional checking out thoroughly the problem and addressing potential hiccups with treatment. My tub was cleared out and they were cleaned up in 20 min. Not impressed with the pricing. But to be fair they were upfront with that before they checked anything out. Thank you Mr. Rooter!

They kept me informed on what was happening and how they were going to fix the issue. On hindsight I would pass on for future reference that they cover the flour drain in the basement to prevent debris from entering. They cleaned major debris on 2nd floor but not in basement. These are minor issues and didn't impact the excellent work they did.

Call Mr Rooter on a Saturday at 5 pm. Needed them to find a leak in the bathroom that was affecting the basement ceiling. Izzy came right out, diagnosed and fixed the issue within an hour. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend their team!

This was our second time using Mr. Rooter plumbing. Our sump pump went out on a Sunday morning, our utility room had little puddles everywhere. They came out right away to diagnose the problem even though it was a weekend! Our technician, Izzy, was so professional, prompt and informative. He even gave us recommendations for a shop vac to take care of the excess water. Their prices are very fair and we never feel like they’re charging more than is fair. We always recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone who needs plumbing, and we’ll continue to use them for any needs in the future.

Could not have had a better experience with Mr. Rooter! I called because I had a stopped up garbage disposal. I was shocked when they said that they could have someone out within the hour. The plumber, Izzy, was communicative and friendly. He was clear about pricing. He fixed the disposal and didn't try to cut straight to replacement. I felt valued as a customer and felt that pricing was reasonable. I definitely recommend this company!

Great service! They came over almost right away, were super professional, and got my issues fixed. They were up front about the pricing (they give the quote before doing the work, but there is a fee for the driving and diagnostics only if you don't get the work done) and I thought it was very reasonably priced. Love that there's a 30-day warranty too (just in case).

On a Sunday morning, I went to my basement and found water . Called Mr. Rooter because they do emergency repairs. Technician scheduled showed up early. After assessing the situation, he told me what he thought was wrong and what he would do. He also told me of the possibility of several different outcomes and what to expect with each. He then proceeded and it was the easiest to fix problem. He cleaned up and was actually gone prior to the original arrival time. Izzy was his name and he was very informative.

My back flow preventer broke on a Sunday & Ronald came out the next day. The appointment was seamless (and I learned the thang that broke was a back flow preventor). Enjoy the ‘before’ photo. I am grateful it’s fixed!

I recently had a plumbing issue with a bathroom sink, and I hired Mr Rooter…. They arrived promptly and were incredibly professional throughout the entire process. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the clog efficiently, leaving everything spotless afterward. I’m very impressed with their expertise and attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable and skilled plumber!

If you are looking for honest hard working company and employees I would recommend Mr Rooter! They worked on some of the hottest days if the summer to ensure our Sewer line was replaced for us in time as we had to be off work for this huge project! I will definitely be using them for all future projects or issues I have with my pluming system -

We were very impressed with Mr. Rooter plumbing of Omaha and their prompt and professional service. We called on a Saturday afternoon because of a leaky valve in our bathroom. They came within two hours to fix the problem. Both Izzy and Humberto were so very friendly, professional and accommodating. They went over and above the job they quoted and even helped us with removing our Cabinet and toilet. We highly recommend this company. Such a treat to have 2 plumbers so caring and helpful. We will definitely use them again.

We contacted Mr. Rooter about a few plumbing issues recently. Ronald Peterson came to our home the same day, checking out the problems and scheduling an appointment for the very next day. By noon he had solved each of our plumbing problems without inconveniencing us.. We were extremely happy with his thoroughness, professionalism, and manner. He explained each step along the way to make sure that we understood what was needed. We will continue to contact him and Mr. Rooter for any future problems with our plumbing system.

Ronald did a fantastic job on our three projects. He is both a honest and caring gentleman and also mentioned that I needed to contact Rebath to get the bathroom sink replaced since the Moen faucet was under cover with them. Not many other people would do that for the client. I feel he went above and beyond in our projects.

We had a toilet emergency at our gym at 9 pm on a Saturday night and needed it fixed by noon on Sunday! Mr Rooter saved us!! By the time we got ahold of them, they were at our spot in 30 minutes and the issue was fixed promptly and they educated us on the issue. 10/10 would recommend!

Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Omaha are incredible! We closed on our home and later that night found that our hot water wasn’t working. I called them the next day and they came out the very same day, inspected, and installed the water heater. Not only were they completely convenient, but the customer service was top-notch. We plan to use Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Omaha for all of our plumbing services going forward for the simple fact that they cared about our situation, they did everything to be convenient as we were traveling out of town and were able to just give them the garage code and trust they’d get the job done. They kept us updated throughout the day until the project was finished, sent us several photos, and we walked into a clean area and hot water! Thank you, to our AWESOME technicians, Izzy and Ron, for all you did to make this a seamless and stress-free situation that started out as a big worry for new home owners. And to the guy who answered the phone with a smile on his face, as he was so kind and reassuring and set the tone for an amazing experience right from the start!
