Honestly. I thought I called a competitor. Customer service was so awesome I stuck with Mr. Rooter. I am so glad that I did. I thought I just had roots in my sewer line. It turned out to be a broken line. Mr. Rooter came out within the hour I called them. They had the line working in time for my expected company. They worked all day on Christmas Eve to try to solve the problems. They were great about keeping me informed and showing me the issues. Turned out they had to replace the pipe all the into my basement where my sewer is. They worked so hard to not have to break the concrete in the basement. The crew that was sent out, Bryson, Carlos, Humberto, Jaime, Ron and one other(so sorry I cannot remember his name)worked so hard and did extra jobs to make sure this project was done completely. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. These guys worked Christmas Eve and almost twelve hours on New Years Eve to finish the project. The best part was they were trust worthy, honest, prompt and hard workers all the while keeping me informed. They did the job and did it right from start to finish. I could not have been more happy with my choice. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter Omaha.

Called and schedule same delivery emergency main drain unclog. Apparently confirmed within 15min and had them show up on time within a couple hours. Very outgoing and professional, worked efficiently and got the job fixed! I've used multiple times over the years!

Cayd did a great job and was very friendly. Only 4 stars because of the hefty price but he has no control over that.

Had a tree root in sewage pipe going to the city of Omaha,NE. Terrell and the Roto-Rooter crew were amazing. They were friendly and knowledgeable about my issues. Thank you for outstanding service from start to finish .

After a plumbing emergency, we called and they were here very quickly to fix our drain issue. Professional, friendly, fast and efficient! Great work!

Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. They went above and beyond when we were struggling with our drains and helped us file our insurance claim accurately. Would recommend!

The main drain was plugged with some tree roots, but Mason cleaned it out and it’s all good now. Also, cleaned out the washing machine line that had been backing up. Had 2 it other guys show up to talk about mitigation and possible fixes. One of them tracked some dirt in the house, and didn’t offer to clean it up so that is why the 4 stars (not Mason). Otherwise, did a great job!

Holland and his team member did an amazing job. Both were very respectful and explained the process thoroughly. They were meticulous, and will def call again if needed in the future.

Mike from Roto Rooter was awesome! He evaluated the faucet I had and explained to me why this wouldn’t work in my sink. Then he researched possible alternatives and was thoughtful enough to go get several choices for me to choose from. He did a very professional job of installing my new faucet. However, professionalism encompasses more than actual plumbing expertise. Mike listened carefully and had a genuine desire to provide what I wanted.
He went above and beyond to get me the perfect faucet for me. He is a true professional.

Whatever you do, do not use this company. They’re clearly more focused on making a quick buck than providing honest service. I was told my water heater was “split in half” at the bottom and pressured to pay $3,100—only to discover the leak wasn’t coming from the water heater at all. He insisted it was the issue, yet didn’t even bother to turn it on to test it. I turned it on myself and confirmed there were no leaks. They work on commission and will try to convince you to spend thousands unnecessarily.

A technician was available within 45 minutes. Our P trap in the basement had clogged and he did great/efficient work cleaning everything up. Edwin was very helpful and explained things clearly.

My wife and I are very appreciative of the help on such short notice and for making the trip out on Christmas Eve none the less to help get our plumbing back working.

The tech was very helpful and professional and I am very grateful for his help.

Had a plumbing emergency on a Sunday. Freaking out started calling some of the local plumbers. The ones I was able to get in touch with all tried to upsell me in the middle of my emergency.

Called Roto-Rooter and they got someone out in under an hour. No muss; no fuss; no upsell. Great company with ethics and integrity.

We purchased an older home and it has some issues with plumbing. I contacted Roto Rooter because I had used them before. I am extremely happy with the work they did. Mike & Mitch out of Omaha did the work and they were both polite, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. The work was extensive however they both jumped right and got it done. We even have a new water heater.

I had a clogged kitchen sink drain and a slow draining washer drain. Roto Rooter was at my house about 35 minute after my call. The tech Bob was pleasant, knowledgeable and was respectful of the property. I would recommend the service.
