HOLLAND IS THE HARDEST WORKER I HAVE EVER MET! HE WAS CALM, COURTEOUS, AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE. I REALLY APPRECIATED HOW RESPECTFUL HE WAS, I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HIM AND ERIC, HIS COWORKER, AND DEFINITELY HOPE THAT IN THE FUTURE WHEN I CONTACT ROTO-ROOTER THEY WILL BE OUR PEOPLE AGAIN. Master Bedroom toilet was clogged. I was informed upfront of what the charges would. Lower end of $200. Thus no surprise once work completed. Priced reasonably from what I could tell after researching plumbing cost after he left. It was important to me use a name I trusted. It has been years since I need a plumber. Yes, I would use Roto-Rooter in the future. The plumber was professional, on time, worked in a timely manner. He left no mess for me to clean-up.

Mike and Henry were great to work with on our repair service. They were very informative and reliable. We always enjoy working with Roto Rooter. Highly recommended!

Drew Perry was extremely informative with his process of the work that is needed for our leak situation in the home. He even went so far as to go out my landlord's house twice because my landlord can not drive so he can sign some paperwork. He was wonderful to work with very nice and informative.

Cadyn and Cory did a super job. They were well trained for their assignment and worked well together in a reasonable amount of time. The work area was left spotless.
I appreciated their prompt arrival and enjoyed our visit.

I had a clog in my main line going out to my septic tank. They sent a technician out that night who did the best he could to get it unclogged he was here from 8 PM to 2 AM. He ended up getting water to flow, then they sent out a technician with the camera a couple days later and when he was using the camera, he found a clog down the way, but water was still flowing so he He said he could send someone out, but that was the only time they would send someone out with their six month guarantee so he suggested to wait till it backs up again then he quoted me to replace the main line because there was a little bit of tree roots coming into the pipe that was Ridiculously overpriced. Had another company tell me it would cost about $3500 and they told me $20,000. It ended up backing up into my basement and making a mess about a month later they sent a guy out that night and his cable wasn’t long enough to reach the septic tank. So they sent two technicians out the next day so they had two cable cables so they were able to reach the septic tank They were unable to get it unclogged though so they had the same guy that came before with the camera come out and he continued to push the $20,000 repair that was not needed. I called another plumbing company and they had it cleared out and flowing in an hour. I will never be working with Roto router again. The best thing I can say about them was the technicians were all nice.

The technician was on time, and gave an upfront price after a quick check of my drain issue. He completed the job in about an hour and a half, which was close to what he said initially. My only criticism is he did not clean the area around my floor drain which had overflowed.

Holland was a professional through-and-through. He was very accommodating and respectful of my household as well as being a friendly face to my children who were taking an interest in what he was doing while also insuring their safety.
He maintained a clean work environment with his setup and disposal; and was always willing to answer any sort of questions we had.

Cody came to help very promptly. He was extremely professional, explaining all my options, and then informing as he completed them. It was a great experience working with him, and I’ll be calling his company for future work.

Great communication. Got here within our 2-hour window. Brandon was super nice and had us fixed up and out the door in less than 30 minutes. Definitely recommend when your plunger fails you.

We had a nasty clog in our bathroom, and Mason did a great job getting it fixed for us! He was able to quickly assess the problem, and took care of it in less than two hours. He explained the process clearly and brought in another tech to check out line after the clog was cleared. I would recommend Roto-Rooter and Mason to anyone who needs plumbing assistance!

Michael at Roto-Rooter saved the day. After a frozen pipe burst, I explained the situation to Roto and they had Mike there within a few hours. He was very professional and even pulled some strings to get an electrician and remediation team there the same day since my electrical box and walls were wet. It was a hectic situation but I had all the helped I needed… and fast. A Roto rep also helped me fill out an insurance claim to make sure I could get help covering the incident financially. More than I could ask for today!

Prompt service, nice/knowledgable guy, fixed the problem, clean work space but holy smokes $425 + tax for a kitchen sink that needs snaked is actually highway robbery. Upfront pricing via phone before the technician’s arrival would have been helpful. Grateful the issue is resolved but will shop around next time due to price.

Moved into new house, toilet in MB wasn’t flushing down. Tried plunging myself. Nothing worked. Live out 1/2 hr in rural area from the city. Signed up online to have plumber come out. Gave me plenty of time slots. Choose 10-12pm @ 7:30am. Got a call at 8:20am someone could come out right away. Plumber (Holland) came at 9:15am! Yeah!!! He was so professional and respectful. After diagnosing the issue, he had the job fixed and toilet working again by 9:45a. He even looked in the basement to see the set up of the pluming lines & showed me where the backup was at and that my plunging was not able remove the clog that far down which helped me feel better that it wasn’t something I could have fixed. I was shocked it wasn’t a lot to have him come out so fast/earlier than scheduled. He was very clean about his work. I’m so thankful for plumbers. Hard work- not fun having to deal w people’s waste- but Holland didn’t make me feel embarrassed. If I ever have issues again, definitely will ask for Holland and use Roto Rooter. All this taken care of in 2 1/2 hours! Thank you, thank you!!!!!

I called after hours when my water heater went out. Mike and Hunter came out at 8am the next day and replaced it with a new one. They also fixed a couple other unrelated issues I had brought up. They were very knowledgeable and fixed everything quickly. They had great attitudes and went above and beyond taking care of my home. I will definitely call them again if needed.

Quick and timely response from the time of call. Edwin was professional and detailed in action taken and the protection of the area before he started to work. He was thorough in clearing the problem and in his clean-up.

Fast, well priced, arrived early even! Holland was efficient, hard working, and did everything he could to assist. I'm very impressed with this service. I also appreciated how thorough he was with explaining what was going on. Eric, the supervisor, was also onsite, and had a plan of action immediately.

We got a water softener system installed and it went great! I appreciated that they took the time to explain it, the materials, the maintenance, everything. And made time for my questions to make sure I was completely comfortable before leaving. These guys are always super helpful and friendly.

Excellent service, all around. Holland or Harland (forgive me, Tech 0219) was very courteous, informative and honest. He was able to physically show me the problem and gave clear steps forward. Will definitely utilize this company in the future.

I had a major problem with my water heater on a Saturday night around midnight. Great, couldn’t have been a worse time, so I thought. My wife called Roto-Rooter and went through some steps to get it shut off until morning when someone could come out and look at it. Mike and his partner showed up around 9 to diagnose the problem. They gave us 4 different options and since our water heater was 16 years old we opted to get a new one as we figured it was time. By 2pm(14 hours later ) we had a brand new installed with HOT water. The guys were very professional and respectful and would highly recommend them. My only concern was that there was a dent at the bottom but was reassured that it was cosmetic. They made it right and gave us a discount because of it. Way to go Roto-Rooter!! 10 out of 5 stars if that’s possible:)
