Kade (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and Cody were very kind and did great work.

My only reason for 4 star is for roto rooter as a company was difficult.
I had Kaden and one of the other guys come out the previous night and their machines broke a hole in my old house pipes (not mad about that) so those technicians called in plumbing services for us which was a very nice gesture and he marked us as “urgent” so we could get service the next day.
I got a call in the morning at 8am. I was told their plumber would be there between 8-10a today. Well after a few phone calls and waiting it was 11:30am when he showed up (upset about this). Then there was a $99 fee for just showing up, which we were never told about (upset about this too). Then it was going to be another $350+ dollars to do exploratory work to diagnose the problem in addition to the pipe fixings. So we told that guy no and my boyfriend figured out how to be a plumber. So the roto rooter plumber was literally only here for 5 minutes and didn’t do any work but got paid $99 that we weren’t expecting to pay. And then my boyfriend figured out how to fix the problem and it cost $100 in material.

This is where Kade and Cody came in. Now that the pipe was fixed again, they were able to snake the drain quickly and efficiently and then gave us advice on how to deal with an old home and its plumbing. I’m very thankful that they’re the last guys we spoke to. They left us all taken care of and provided an excellent draining solution. It cost $450 for the snake and the drain solution which sucked but my kitchen sink works better than I’ve ever known it to work. So it all worked out.

Michael/Mike from Roto-Rooter was absolutely amazing. He turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a completely stress-free experience. He fixed our kitchen sink leak, replaced our sump pump + sump pump pipes to get them to the correct size, as well as a few other maintenance items, all in the same day!

Mike truly went the extra mile with his service and time. He was extremely knowledgeable and enjoyed educating us on the process, which I really appreciated. Professional, efficient, and genuinely helpful—I couldn’t recommend him more.

Had a clog in our shower that was affecting 2 other drains and Cory and Cadyn came out and cleared it up fast and gave us some advice on how to keep hair from getting into the shower drain and clogging it up again! They didn’t even make any mess (if they did they had it all cleaned up before leaving) They were super friendly. 10/10 would recommend. Pricing was pretty decent, worth not having to go buy all the fancy tools to do it ourselves. For my specific situation, there was no fee for having anyone out. Thank you Cory and Cadyn!

Company came earlier than scheduled on a Sunday with a phone call verifying work. Plumber was professional, explained everything and gave advice going forward. Highly recommend Mason. Happy with service . Price has really gone up since last time I needed this service. But work is warrantied for 6 months and drains are open again!

Dual sinks backing up on New Year’s Day. Yay 2026! The dispatcher was super nice & I had mentioned wanting to wait so I didn’t have to pay holiday rates and she said that their rates don’t fluctuate based on the day or the date which is awesome. Cayd showed up in an hour and was able to diagnose and fix things with a quickness. Very friendly & knowledgeable, I told him I don’t know why people talk so much shit about Roto Rooter, I’ve been pretty happy with them. Recommend highly!

We called after dealing with very slow drainage issue for our washing machine. Every drain cycle the water would come up in the hand sink and we sometimes had to scoop the water into the toilet so the sink wouldn't run over. When we called Roto-rooter we were expecting to get an appointment sometime in the next week, but someone was immediately available. Less than 2 hours later a technician arrived. It took several tries with the electric snake to clear the problem. Success! The washer now drains freely. No more running down the stairs to make sure the sink isn't overflowing. Thanks Henry!

My emergency drain issue happened at midnight. Austin came within an hr. Then Bob helped out the next day.
Had additional help with my dilemma from Terri, Kyle, Tanner, Ethan & Malik. Mitigation & Cleanup. Was done in a timely manner. Service was superb. All good. Thank you everyone.

Cadyn and Corey were prompt, extremely courteous and meticulous in their work. They explained my options up front, were very efficient, and had that toilet clog removed in minutes. They apologized for not asking ahead of time about using some of my TP to test the toilet once the clog was removed (unnecessary to ask but appreciated) and asked me to test it as well. Amazing I haven't had to use a plumber for such services before but would call RR again. Ask for this crew!

We had a soft clog on premise right after getting back from vacation. This caused our washing machine to back up into our sink in the basement and flood part of the basement. We contacted roto rooter and they came out and snaked a line. The person who came out contacted a water mitigation person and they came out to assess the water damage to our carpet and also the dry wall. They found water damage to sections of the dry wall and carpet and helped file an insurance claim for the damage. They set up the water mitigation team that came out and cut out part of the carpet and dry wall and put fans and dehumidifier to dry out what couldn’t be cut out. When they had to put up plastic to separate from what didn’t have water damage they used some metal extension poles and ended up punching a hole in the ceiling of our basement. We were told the mitigation team would be working with our insurance company but that did not happen. We had to wait to get the check from our insurance company and then we had to get the check signed by our bank, the mortgage company and ourselves before we could cash the check. During this time we continuously got harassed about paying the bill even though we told them we were waiting for the insurance company for the check and then the mortgage company to sign the check and send it back.

About 2-3 weeks later we are have another issue with what we thought was the same pipe but it was a different pipe. We end up paying over $1,000 to get 2 pipes snaked. During the second time we had a pipe snaked they contacted someone else to come out. The person who came out only talked to us about having to replace the pipe. We could either replace about 15-20ft for $8,900 or 40ft for roughly $20,000. The person who came out was pushy on when we could start replacing the pipes and financing the pipe replacement. After they left the second time I reached out and asked if they hydro blast lines and they said that they do. I asked how much it would cost and I was told they couldn’t tell me over the phone and I would have to schedule an appointment. At this time we had already had to miss work with the water mitigation team coming everyday to check the progress.

We were able to contact another company and they came out and hydro blasted the lines and cleaned them out and we haven’t had a single issue since.

Having to deal with this issue was stressful enough because it cause our basement to be torn apart. On top of that it seems that company was only focused on making a buck instead of dealing with the actual underlying issue and wanted us to go into $10,000-$20,000 in debt.

Preston was amazing. He got my furnace working in no time at all and then stayed longer to make sure that it was working properly. He even helped me begin up my hot water heater! Thanks so much for wonderful service!

Our water heater is located in a tight and awkward space to get to. Kaiden and Carson took fantastic care and were knowledgeable with the challenges this posed. 9:30am no hot water 3:00pm now have hot water! It doesn’t even look like some job took place. courteous and personable they were not to mention professional Thank you

Johnathan arrived and diagnosed the dilemma with our leaky shower faucet and quoted us the repair. He was professional, was able to stop the leaking until the new part could be installed. pleased.

They were professional and quick. repaired the dilemma we had and talked a bit about my future bathroom projects and gave some wonderful advice on water heater upkeep going forward. I'd recommend these guys the super technician named Terrence.

Willie and Daniel responded on my inquiry on unclogging a storm water underground pipe. Willie arrived the next morning on time, identified the dilemma that required more significant work. He and Daniel were right on time for the second appointment, and promptly and professionally did the job, replacing several damaged pipe fragments and cleaning others. Overall, a good experience. Addition - July 2022. The same quick response, punctuality and quality of work in replacing a malfunctioning sump pump.

i reached out to a bunch of businesses when our water heater finally kicked the bucket. one company gave a hefty quote for a house inspection and then demanded 85 bucks for simply surveying the issue. i then got in touch with roman from miles's plumbing and he offered a much more reasonable quote, promising same-day installation. roman put in a lot of effort to get our system up and running again. he deserves a round of applause. turns out, he had plans to visit his father-in-law for his birthday the next day but he didn't stop until everything was in perfect order. i should have shared this sooner but i struggle with a bad back, TBI - traumatic brain injury and i'm not particularly skilled at these things. but roman definitely deserves recognition for his hard work. i've already recommended him to some folks at a local hardware store. hopefully, they reached out to him.

i'm absolutely thrilled with cory from this plumbing service! his work was top-notch, exceeding all my expectations. despite my hearing issues, he went the extra mile to communicate with me using sign language, which i greatly appreciated. he was incredibly kind and did an excellent job replacing my outdated garbage disposal with a high-quality one. his speed and professionalism were impressive. i'll surely be requesting the services of this plumbing company again, and i can't recommend cory enough! you'll be beyond satisfied with his work!

Initially, we invited a technician from another company to address our blocked drain. This individual suggested that by cleaning our sewage pump and basin, the blockage would be resolved. However, it seemed confusing as our pump was operational and after draining the basin, water would flow from one of our showers. Despite this, he insisted the pump was merely dirty and advised us to pour bleach on it over the weekend. Regrettably, he didn't examine any of the drains. In response, we reached out to Miles's Plumbing. Within a few hours, they dispatched a professional, who was both knowledgeable and helpful. Cory carefully assessed the situation, located and successfully cleared the obstruction within an hour. In addition, he provided us with valuable advice. From this point forward, we'll be relying on their services for any plumbing needs in Omaha.

we had an amazing experience with roman!! he was super helpful and answered all our plumbing queries. his method of explaining things was great, he began with the most budget-friendly solution, then also discussed the more complex fixes if needed. fortunately, the most cost-efficient solution worked for us (we needed 4 taps to be replaced). roman did an exceptional job and was friendly, knowledgeable, cautious, and even respectful towards our cat. the service provided was of high quality. we are extremely satisfied with the work he did. this business is definitely our go-to for plumbing needs. roman is simply the best! i would highly recommend this plumbing service. much appreciated!

i was able to get next day service but they could have done the same day job if it was needed. Roman was really proficient, he arrived on time and explained everything to me. he also cleaned up so well after fixing my plumbing issue that you wouldn't even know he was in Omaha. i'm not an expert on water heater costs but the price for the replacement and labor seemed pretty fair and reasonable.

My plumber from Miles's Plumbing, Ezekiel, was straightforward and highly skilled. He exceeded expectations in delivering high-quality work and clearly explaining the problem I was encountering with my water leakage. Ezekiel was also transparent about the pricing. I'll definitely engage their services again for any plumbing needs in Omaha.
