The remote for the logs was delayed due to distributor back-order, taking a little while to arrive. We received the remote from Roman and stored it for later use. After about a year, we finally contacted the plumbing company to install it. Cory came out and installed it promptly, without any questions or additional charges. Their customer service was excellent. We didn't mind the idea of paying a service fee, but to our surprise, there was no extra charge.
