I noticed the shower has been draining very slowly. Hoping the issue wouldn't become a major problem I called Backlund Plumbing and had them out the next day. The service tech (Mike) came out and was able to snake it out. He also did it in a timely manner but he spent time really cleaning the area up and making sure he left it as clean if not better then it was before he arrived. He was polite, courteous, professional, and would recommend them again!

Great customer service! We've had Backlund out for over 13 hours, so needless to say we've gotten to know a lot of the Backlund team. They all have a great sense of humor and are wonderful to work with. I can now say that our our newly purchased house is free of plumbing problems!

I have nothing but good things to say about this company. First of all it was New Years Eve and guests were showing up for dinner when we realized that we have a problem. I immediately called our HVAC Contractor who we have a service contract with. This company who happened to do some work on the pipe weeks prior that was spraying all over my utility room. After calling their emergency after hours answering service and waiting 40 minutes for a call back, the gentleman at the other end used every excuse to not send someone out because of the holiday. He simply said since the water leak is slowing , it will eventually stop after shutting off the hot water heater. My only option is to call the office on Tuesday to set up a service call. No hot water for three days?
Not Acceptable!
Becklund Pluming came to the rescue! They were courteous and set up my appointment for 8am the next morning. The technician was was on time, knowledgeable, and got our repair done in a timely manner. He was apologetic for holiday rates, but got the job done quickly and afterwards showed me his quality work. We were very thankful for Backlund Plumbing as they restored our issue and we had hot water within 20 hours after discovering the water issue.

I want to share how Backlund rose to the top and in no small manner, My daughter and son-in laws home had a backed up sewer line going out to the street. We had 3 different plumbing companies (which will remain nameless) to look at and estimate the cost of repair. Company 1 charged $200 to camera the pipe and quoted a $28,000.00 repair, Company 2 charged nothing, but claimed their price would be close to the $28,000 mark, Company 3 charged $350.00, to camera and quoted $14,000 for the repair. I then contacted Cody Culver from Backlund Plumbing, he was prompt to send his techs out to look at the issue, was confident it was probably not that bad, the next day they showed up, assessed and cleaned the pipe fixing the issue for a sum of $813.00. The kids are young and trying to make there way, they were scared to death over these numbers, understandably. I cannot thank Cody and his team at Backlund enough for what they did for these kids and the professionalism of him and his team, Backlund is our go to plumbing contractor from here out, they have definitely earned it.

Backlund Plumbing was contracted by MUD to do a camera scope of my plumbing to make sure they hadn't done any damage.. The dispatcher that scheduled the appointment was beyond polite!! Their technician Mike was incredible!! He was very polite, explained what he was doing, he explained that the lines to the street were full of tree roots (landlords' problem) and cleaned up after himself.. If I ever were to need a plumber, I would definitely recommend Backlund and Mike!!

Had Backlund out today to look at a pesky valve leak. They were able to correct the issue and put together a plan for replacement in the future. I was not home, so they worked directly with my wife. She was very impressed with the professionalism of the technician at our property. Very great company to do business with!

This is a wonderful company! They're experienced, hardworking and really care about their customers. I've been a client for 15 years and have never had a bad experience with them. In a time when most repair companies are really slacking off, Backlund remains professional, trustworthy and completely customer-centered. Highest recommendation!

Randy with Backlund did an amazing job, and I would refer him and Backlund to all whom ask. I have been through several plumbers whom I would never recommend.

Backlund did a great job. Alex and Josh were professional and friendly. Lines look clean and well done. Cleaned up after themselves. Getting ahold of their after hours service was also easy and timely, returned my call within 15 mins and got Alex back out to get the water heater back on all in less than an hr.

Recommend highly. Randy did a fantastic job fixing a leak in my sprinkler system. Worked quickly and now the system is better than before! Thank you!

The same work 1 year apart $130 the first year, the same work on the same outdoor faucet a year or so later, $420. 1 1/2hrs work. Dispatcher defended without even thinking. Just wanted to argue. I'll see if the work holds up.

The service person - Jeremy- Was on time, courteous, friendly, and did a great job! I recommend Backlund plumbing and will be using them in the future!

We had a great experience with Backlund Plumbing! Sheldon did our work and he was prompt, kind, personable and talked us through what needed to be done and why. He also was great about dealing with two kids and a puppy around as well. We absolutely recommend Backlund and Sheldon!

I can’t speak to the quality of their plumbing, but I can say I made an appointment last night for a visit today between noon and two, and they apparently lost any record of it. When the plumber never showed, I called and they acted like they had the record of it and just needed me to “confirm” my address. I turned it around and asked them what address they had on record. And yeah, they never had it at all. I had already taken enough time off work to wait for the next plumber to become available, so I hung up and called Burton. They’re the most expensive in town, but at least their front office doesn’t lose appointments.

Backlund plumbing costs have gotten sky high. We have used them twice in 2025 and very expensive. We just had them replace Irrigation Backflow - Did an OK job, but 3.5 hours later and a parts cost of $105 for ( 1 Ft 1" Copper and 3 sleves) is ridiculous. I called them on this and no callback. Beware..

Randy just installed a new water softener in my home. He took time to anwser my questions and walk through the valve shut-off. He was friendly and professional and cleaned up when he was done. I hope I get Randy every time we need a plumber!

This company was contracted by M.U.D. to inspect work they did on the street. They were supposed to be inspecting where the line comes into the house. The first time they called and I scheduled an appointment. The kid who came out knew nothing and said that they would be scheduling someone else who could inspect my line come back out. That never happened. I had to call them back to re-schedule, and sure enough someone else who had no clue what they were looking at come out. Who also said they would be in contact to send someone else out. Never heard back from them once.

Randy came out today to switch out outdoor faucet to a frost proof one. He was very professional in his work and had great customer service skills..will use again for sure.
