I called them out to fix a pin hole leak a few years back. They tried to charge 200 just to cut the hole in the wall (it was itemized on the bill) I fought them on thst and they removed the charge, but it was still a $500 bill. They also tried to upsell me on other things while they were here, around $3600 for the recommended things (i declined and have had no problems since then with the "urgent" things they told me needed to be done) save your money snd call someone else

Bryant came out to do a valve replacement for us today and he did a great job! He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Glad we went with this company.

American Rooter Plumbing did a fantastic job on our in-home project. Garrett and staff were friendly, professional, and proficient. They gave us multiple options on how to address our problem, with the appropriate price points. They answered all of our questions and cleaned up after themselves. I have tried at least three other plumbers in the past and will not be selecting anyone but American Rooter Plumbing for future projects. I highly recommend them!

Dylan and his team did fantastic saving our plumbing from some tree roots damage via a pipe burst and replacement over three days in the coldest weather of January! We've always loved American Rooter, but this time they really went above and beyond, including filling concrete where they had to dig up our driveway. I'd highly recommend them for any in/outdoor plumbing in the metro area. They'll get it done with no problems and at a great rate.
