I just needed a couple of faucets tightened up. In-Law Plumbing responded promptly to a BBB search I made for a plumber. They were able to come out in just a couple of days. Trevor arrived within the time window and explained everything he was doing to repair the faucets. He offered tips to me as the homeowner for better maintenance. The cost was very reasonable. I plan to use In-Law Plumbing again soon for the inside valves on my sprinkler system. Highly recommend!

My husband called and he got a call back very fast. Our hot water pressure in our sink was low and they gave him instructions for some trouble shooting tips and said if it didn’t work to call back tomorrow for an appointment. He thought it was an easy fix and it was! Excellent service, not just trying to take your money! Highly recommend!

When remodeling my bathroom, I needed new plumbing fixtures. I really enjoyed working with In-Law Plumbing and Drain Services Inc. Bernie was amazing and I got good service at a good price. I especially liked the quick turnaround and the phone call before they showed up.

I was really impressed with the prompt responses, courteous and helpful project input, and reasonable estimates from In-Law Plumbing. (The only reason I didn't go with them is because my plumber-of-record could do the job when I initially thought he couldn't.) While I can't speak first-hand about the quality of the work, I have every reason to believe it is great and would absolutely call In-Law again.

I work for a flooring company in Lincoln and we don’t usually do work in Omaha but on multiple occasions Bernie at In-Laws Plumbing has helped us out with plumbing work that needed to be done in Omaha. They were able to get to it quickly, they showed up when they said they would be there and the work was completed correctly. I would recommend!

Happy to say I found my go to plumbing company! I explained my problem over the phone and was quoted a very reasonable price. They had someone out the next afternoon. I was not able to make it home as soon as I thought as I was in a work meeting but they were kind and worked around my schedule. Derrick was very nice and explained to me what the problem was and how we can prevent it going forward. Unlike other companies we've used in the past, there were no surprises to the final bill. I was more than satisfied with their service.

I recently used In-Law Plumbing for the first time, and I will definitely use them again. They were recommended to me by several people in my neighborhood, so I called and left a voicemail about my plumbing problem. I received a call-back within just a couple minutes, and the caller was very polite and helpful, and they were able to get me an appointment by the next afternoon.

The next afternoon, their plumber Randy arrived at my house on-time, and he quickly assessed the problem and clearly explained the solution. He completed the work in a timely manner, charged me a very reasonable price, and left the house as clean as it was when he arrived. He tested his work several times to make sure he had completely alleviated the problem, and when he was satisfied that the problem was resolved, he asked if there was anything else he could do for me. At my request, he then examined a second plumbing issue I am experiencing. Again, he quickly assessed the problem and clearly described the solution. He then had the main office write up a bid for the new work and send it to me in writing via email.

I have used In Law Plumbing several times over the past 10 years for various plumbing issues….always great service and reasonable prices. Recently I had a very difficult issue to diagnose, a leak showed up on the ceiling of the main level of a two-story home. No bathroom above the area. Leak would come and go. Worked with both my roofers and In Law to ultimately determine there was a vent pipe inside the wall close to the leak location. Scott worked with me diligently during the weeks it took to figure out the issue and Mike and Manny found a hairline crack in the vent pipe that was causing the issue. Replaced a section of the pipe which was located in a difficult place to access. Very professional, helpful and efficient throughout the process. Extremely reasonable in terms of cost for this long, drawn out process and fix. In Law will always be my go-to plumbing contractor!

I needed some plumbing work done yesterday under my kitchen sink and decided to give In-Law Plumbing a call. The entire experience from my initial calll to when Dan the plumber came and made the repairs surpassed my expectations. They truly are the best of the best. Thank you In-Law Plumbing & Drain!

I can't say enough great things about this company and the service!! We had 2 other big chain plumbing companies come out and tell me that I would most likely have to have the basement floor dug up and the cast iron main pipe replaced for around 20-25k.. I called In-law plumbing for a 3rd opinion and they found that all I needed was a cast iron pipe scrape and flush. They just finished the work and the results are outstanding! In Law plumbing saved me literally at least $18,000 by being HONEST. I can't say enough great things! In Law plumbing will absolutely be the company we use from now on!

We called a company to come out and take a look at our main sewer line. They said it all needed to be replaced. They showed me pictures of what looked like heavily damaged sewer lines after they were done and sent us a quote for $41k!!! We decided to get a 2nd opinion. We called In-Law and they came out right away. They ran a camera down our main line and invited me to watch it live with them. The tech went into detail about everything he was seeing in real time. He said it was simply really clogged with grease and tree roots. It was a simple cutting and hydro jet clean that we needed. We scheduled them to come out a couple days later. Not only did it only take 2 hours, but it was half of the original quote they gave us to do the cleaning. I couldn't be more thrilled. What we thought was going to be a nightmare of a project that was going to set us back $41k, ended up costing us zero inconvenience and only a few hundred dollars. I can't recommend In-law plumbing enough. Don't be fooled by other companies. In-law plumbing will be the only company we call from here on out. Thank you everyone at In-law. It was an amazing experience from the office staff to the techs.

We had Mike and Manny out to our house to check on some leaking water in the garage. They were great. They didn’t just stop when it became clear it wasn’t a leaking pipe and instead helped us diagnose the issue, which turned out to be an HVAC problem. I would recommend In-law plumbing, and I will definitely call them with any future problems

I’ve used In-Law for several jobs, both big and small, and have been very happy with their work, their employees and their prices. Would absolutely recommend them for your plumbing repairs.

5 stars all the way!! In-Law Plumbing has been my go to for years, and for good reason. Their service is always prompt and professional, their pricing is fair and they always know me by name when I call which really sets them apart from the rest. It’s rare to find a company that makes you feel like family but these guys do it right. Highly recommend!

I made a post on NextDoor asking for recommendations for a company to handle a bathroom sink clog that wouldn't charge hundreds. In-Law was recommended, so I checked out their website to see if I could book online (don't mind me, I'm just a millennial who is on the phone all day scheduling appointments, so I was trying to avoid phone conversation 😅) No online booking option, which is totally fine! BUT I did see that they were offering a $79 special for drain cleaning, which was the best price I'd seen so far (and still is!)
I gave them a call and left a message explaining what I needed. Scott called me back within a few minutes and was even able to offer same-day appointments. I had to pick a day I was off (today, Friday 6/27) and was given multiple time slots to choose from. I even got called in to work this morning and was able to push the appointment back to a later time slot with no issue, and that was very much appreciated!
Dan was just out to complete the work. It literally took him 10 minutes and I only paid $87.07 ($79 special + tax) and now our sink/drain is working perfectly! 100/10 - HIGHLY recommend!

Second time using In-Law Plumbing today installing new kitchen and bathroom faucets. Very happy with their pricing and responsiveness. Best part is, we got Randy for both visits. Chill guy, super polite and gets the job done! He did a great job listening to our concerns with the old kitchen faucet and took measures to ensure the lines were clear for the new install. We'll be asking for Randy by name going forward. A+++. (ps love our new Moen!!)

They were easy to set up a time for new faucet and disposal. The installer Jamie was on time and very efficient while keeping a clean work space. Will use them the next time I need some plumbing done.

Highly recommend! Bernie came to give a second opinion about a leak in our shower/tub. Saw the easily fixed problem that 2 other companies did not and were going to charge us a lot of money for repair.

Chris from in-law plumbing came to our house to fix a sewer issue he was very polite, explained everything and fixed today’s issue! Hands down will call them in the future everytime. Nice to have honest and friendly people to do business with thank you!

In-Law Plumbing is awesome! We had them come out to clean our drain and the workers were very nice and got the drain cleaned in 15 min! I also loved how they were talking to our dogs that were watching them from the basement window! We will be continuing to use them for all our plumbing needs in the future!

Great family owned company! Needed sink, faucet, disposal and dishwasher installed in our new kitchen. Scott the owner was fantastic!Service was fast, professional and well done! The plumber, Rich was friendly, courteous and explained how to operate our new appliances. Left the kitchen clean of all packing materials and wiped down counter and appliances before leaving! Would definitely use them again!!
