I had a toilet that was leaking through my ceiling that needed to be snaked. Frank came out 1st thing in the morning and was absolutely amazing. He was very personable and knew what he was doing. He fixed the issue right away. I'd definitely use this company again and ask for Frank again.

Blue frog is a wonderful plumbing and drain company, what a great find. I was connected with them through Angi. The plumbing technician I dealt with, Teddy Dinkins, was outstanding. Good communication, respectful of my property, and most importantly was able to diagnose the issue and have it repaired in a very timely fashion. Highly recommend.

Look no further, Blue frog is the answer to your peskiest plumbing problems! Talk about FAST, honest, reliable, inexpensive and professional! (did I mention fast??) I am quite an impatient person, so when I failed changing the components in the back of my sons bedroom toilet because the bolt was corroded, I decided forget it…it’s time for a new throne. I fully intended to change it myself, But when I watched the “how to” YouTube, I decided there was no way my stomach could handle what was probably between the toilet and floor…thus began my contact with Blue Frog..

I Called two places that had high ratings… I called the first one, spoke to a woman who said they would call me back tomorrow as “it was closing in on end of day.” My second call was to Blue Frog..here’s how service went down.

I am almost positive that I reached an automated message and just hung up. Within a minute, Before I could even call a third place, I got a call back. Told them what I needed done and that I wanted to buy my own toilet (no up charging for me!) and I told them as soon as they had an opening, we would take it… Not only was I NOT charged an “emergency“ fee for getting on the schedule for the very next morning, but they also allowed me to buy my own pot to save a bit of $! My window was set between 10 AM and noon today and I was pleasantly surprised to receive my “your plumber is on the way” text at 9:50. A Few minutes after 10, Teddy Dinkins arrived with a smile and got to work… Very professional looking and kind and outgoing, I felt totally comfortable leaving him at my house to remove the toilet while I went to pick The new one up from Lowe’s. In the 16 minutes it took to get there and back, teddy had removed the problem pot AND took a look and diagnosed another plumbing issue I sprang on him. He carried in the new toilet up 2 flights of stairs, installed it SUPER fast, AND ran all the bathroom lines that we were worried about and let me know everything was all good…no need for an additional service. I feel like honesty/up charging is sort of the norm in all businesses, but teddy and blue frog in general did NOT do that. In fact, the cost ended up actually being $100 cheaper than the install option from Lowe’s! (And cheaper than the other place that called back!)

I will absolutely use this company and this Plummer if available for any future issues! It’s pretty rare to have the whole package in one company…but Blue Frog (and teddy in particular!) has it all…👉🏼Quick booking, expert service, extremely excellent communication and booking process, professional, outgoing, honest employees AND fabulous pricing - thank you for the excellent service!! (And will call again next time we have an issue!!)

Though the techs arrived a bit later than the scheduled window, the service was quick and satisfactory. The techs, Frank and Parker, were friendly and thorough. Even though the work was done in an unfinished basement, they made sure they left the area clean.

Frank came to help us with a slow draining sink. He explained the pricing up front first and afterwards showed us what came out of the drain.
He greeted all our pets and told them all goodbye. Frank was so easy going and friendly it felt like a family friend came over to help us. I will definitely be using Bluefrog Plumbing again in the future

I was told by another drain company that my toilets weren't flushing due to a tree root problem. Bluefrog quickly and of accurately evaluated my toilet issues to be a calcium buildup in my pipes. They offered a solution that saved me hundreds of dollars. Their representative was polite, HONEST and TRUSTWORTHY. It was refreshing to work with a company that helping the customer is more important than making a profit.

Excellent service so far. Recently had a water heater installed. The team was communicative and it was a smooth process overall. The owners are very committed to their company. They are easier to communicate with over the phone rather than text. So if you're texting and not getting what you need, give them a call.
Jacob was the installer and he did very well they were quick and professional. Very reasonably priced, would use them again for any plumbing installs.

I have used Blue Frog for quite a few plumbing issues and referred them to many clients who have all been very satisfied with their services. They were the obvious choice for a trusted contractor repair when I had some leaks in my rental property but couldn't be present. They got there quickly- gave me a very detailed explanation of the issues with a reasonable estimate and we're still on site ready to complete the work if I approved. My renters were only inconvenienced for a matter of hours vs days and the quality of work and service is exceptional. Frank was the plumber and I have worked with him before. After installing LVP flooring, I learned the hard way that you should always replace the toilet wax ring because the finished floor height changes and can lead to leaks if the seal isn’t reset correctly. I had an urgent situation with water getting under my bathroom flooring, and I needed a reliable Omaha plumber fast.
