We all know when we hire someone to fix something it can either be done cheap, fast, or good, maybe two things but never all three. These guys are cheap and fast and that’s what I needed at the time. I wish I would have gone the more expensive route though now. They installed a new water heater, but there was something going on with the pressure or something I think so there was continuously water underneath it, they came back out two more times, the same two guys every time, and they were basically like 🤷‍♀️ sorry idk what’s wrong with it this never happens… so I finally called a more reputable company and they got me all fixed up. I don’t think this company was trying to get more money or anything like that, they didn’t charge me anything for the second or third visits. David, the owner I assume, seems incredible on the phone, and I don’t fault him or the company, they’re probably just as good as all the other reviews say… I think these particular technicians just need to be put on easier jobs or something.

I'm extremely satisfied with the plumbing work that was carried out at my home. I was in the midst of a water crisis and had been without it for several days as it was an enormous task to rectify. Nearing the completion of the job, it was essential to have a plumber on site. He showed up promptly and worked diligently until almost 9pm, returning the following morning before 8:30am. Beyond the necessary repair work, I requested a few additional outlets in my basement, and another outlet with USBs on my kitchen island. He was more than willing to accommodate these requests, offering not just a fair price, but also delivering the service with a cheerful demeanor. There was a small oversight, though. The cap on the main sewer line exiting my house wasn't put back on, resulting in water from my shower and toilet leaking out. Not only did they send someone over to apologize but also reached out multiple times to check on the situation. The company's owner even personally came over to apologize and made sure that everything was fixed perfectly. It was a clear demonstration of strong leadership and outstanding customer service. Despite the honest mistake, they have fantastic reviews and did an amazing job. I would not hesitate to call them again and have already suggested their services to friends.

We had a toilet that wouldn’t flush and sometimes water backed up into the nearby shower. came out and snaked the sewer line all the way to the trap, then even out to the street, but the problem was with the street sewer, which was clogged. helped us get in touch with the city water department and promised to return after they cleaned out the street line. Later that same day, came back to our house in Omaha to make sure everything was working perfectly. This was the best experience I’ve ever had with a plumber.

They used the clean out to clear the clog all the way to the street, and then also worked on the section leading back to the house. The plumber took extra care by using a camera to check inside the pipe and find the main problem spot. Instead of just poking a hole through the blockage, they made sure to thoroughly clear it by blasting through it multiple times until it was completely gone. I highly recommend using them if you need plumbing help.
