Frank did a fantastic job for us. He was friendly, professional and took the time to go over everything he did. He took care of all our plumbing problems, and gave me tips on how to avoid problems in the future. And the price was a lot less than I budgeted. I will always use Blue Frog for all my plumbing needs.

Frank Alford and Ken came out today. They were extremely good at their job. Went above and beyond fixing several things that were broken, plugged and needed repaired. Cleaned out the roots in my front yard also. Thankfully they did a great job because that was so bad that stupid basement drain would have flooded my basement again.Definately will see those guys next year. Ken enjoy your farm. They fixed a faucet, cleaned out a drain replacing pipe and a new seal on my bathtub and other stuff I forgot but did a great job at a very affordable price esp since I subscribed to their membership deal.

Panic sets in when you have a leak that has shuttered the whole house.
Bluefrog jumped into action. 15 minutes later Jacob walked into our life, very thorough at analysis and explain all my options. Then he gave me a thorough breakdown on what he was going to do. What was going to be his responsibility? And what was going to leave for me? I appreciate honesty. There's nothing better in business!

Jacob's (technician) the BEST!!! He explained everything thoroughly, provided a price, cleaned up after himself, and was in & out in a reasonable time. He's very personable & kind. He even tried to warm up to my guard dog (Chiweenie LOL). Brianna (office) kept me informed and was nothing less than professional but kind. Plumbing work is never "cheap" but I trust Blue Frog to be honest & fair. It's refreshing to work with a crew that actually demonstrates integrity & ethical business practices.

I found Bluefrog via an AI search. They installed my sump pump. There was an error on my part and the pump was delayed in delivery. Bullfrog was very patient and accommodating with scheduling and rescheduling. And were kind enough to follow-up. The staff who came to my home were professional, engaging and communicative. I would use them again for my plumbing needs.

Came day after night problem with water heater and diagnosed problem. Able to replace water heater next day. Staff informed us of issues and solutions with several choices. Able to bring new heater the next and had old heater out and new heater installed in about 2 hours!!! New heater is working well and has a full 6 year warranty. Great to work with Bluefrog!!!
