The crew, Juan Paramo, Manuel, and Toon worked together to complete the project in one day. Photos are before, during & after I was expecting a day and a half. I appreciated Juan’s communication with me on important decision points and his straightforward insight on the risks and benefits associated with each decision point. Nice Job!

Starting this process from getting the estimate done to when the crew finished their work was very smooth. CJ came out, looked it over, explained the process to me. Then sat down and walked me through the estimate, answer all questions that I had for him. When it came to for the work to be done, Rene contacted me to make sure i was there when i needed to be. Walked me through everything he and his crew (Ramiro & Manuel) were going to do while there. Kept in touch throughout the process if there were any questions. Showed up when they said they would, did the work in the time frame they had planned. From the estimate to the work crew everyone was very professional, and could tell they knew what they were doing. I greatly appreciated the work they did and look forward to working with them again when I do the other corner of my house.

Brandon and his team did an amazing job beginning to end. Even my neighbors were raving about how courteous they were. The entire project may have taken 10 business days, but it really didn’t feel like it took that long at all. It turned out better than we could’ve ever of expected.

Sergio, Diego, and Ivan were all very well professional and did an amazing job guiding us through what needed to be done, and what got done. We weren't too sure how to go about fixing up our driveway at all. Sergio was our meet and he examined the whole drive and answered all our questions we had for him.
Later Ivan and Diego came and did the work. Both were super professional and helped get everything nice and level. They even did a small part leading up to our porch. Thanks guys for all your work!

received a comprehensive analysis of our foundation problem and was given a competitive bid. Matthew L explained everything in easy to understand terms and gave multiple payment options. Job was set up and completed within 2 wks of bid. very satisfied with service & would recommend to others who have foundation issues.

Jon Emanuel Cooper and his 2 assistants were great . They were prompt and visited with me to tell me each step they were doing. Knowledgeble, friendly and did a fantastic job. Will definitely use them again if the need arises

I reached out to ground works for help with my mother-in-law's basement. She had a little seepage occasionally after heavy rains. Mike, from GW, came out and did a great job of recommending a solution for her at a fair price. Today, Foreman Emanuel L. and his team, Erick, Pay, and Mark did a fantastic job. They went above and beyond and were very professional. Emanuel was a great leader and his team really worked hard. This is dirty work, but I was impressed with how well they cleaned up. Job well done!

Ivan did an outstanding job at our house. He was prompt, very informative of what they planned to do, answered all our questions and did a good job of cleaning up after the job was finished. I would not hesitate to hire your company again.

Tyler Dvorak was very helpful and professional. Helped us plan our driveway and sidewalk repair. He was very considerate of our concerns with the lawn and our sprinkler system. We would definitely recommend him to our friends and neighbors.

I had difficulty getting ahold of ANYONE after the estimate and the down payment was made. I called, texted and emailed them. So I finally filled out what I had filled out before to get the estimate and then I got a reply every single time I filled that out because they wanted the job! That was only time/way I got a person to call me back!! I had been told we would set the date together but I was just scheduled for it. I needed to reschedule and had let them know it. That is one of the reasons I need to talk to them! About a week later I finally got a person to call me back!! They had in fact rescheduled it but then no one let me know it! WTH?
They damaged my underground sprinklers and I was asked to pay for it then wait for a reimbursement. Well it took a couple MONTHS to get a refund going! They expect you to pay for the repairs the day of it being completed but they have NO issue letting you wait and wait for your reimbursement! You wait and wait...you call and call...you text and text...you email and email... to get a person to call you and let you know why you haven't gotten the reimbursement.
I will not use this place again! A company that is to big for its britches!! The customer should matter and everything on both ends should be as efficient! The men that did the job though were very nice and did do a good job. I was told the grass they had to dig up they would put new grass seed down and they did not! They damaged my trim with one of the machines they used to dig with also. Those 2 things I am told will be reimbursed for... I don't trust anything they say!

I had groundworks out of omaha, come and fix my crawl space because everything was off upstairs.Three young men came WayLay, Kay, and Tee and they were very polite. Let me know when they arrived when they were going to lunch. When they were leaving and when they would return, they were clean, polite and did a very nice job. I'm really satisfied.

A big shout out to Mike who explained the process of the repairs and went over it all with me. Also to Mel, Jo and Aung for their diligent work. They were all very knowledgeable, courteous and had great work ethic. I can't say THANK YOU enough. I would recommend them to anyone in need of repairs!

Edit: work is completed and I don't think 5 stars is enough. Way and his crew Pay and Pa were incredible to work with and did a bang up job! 10/10!

Josh was very patient with his explanation of what my basement needed to stabilize the walls. He explained options and what he would do if it was his home. When Mel, Jo and Aung were there, any questions I had were answered. The work was done efficiently and neatly. I am so glad that I chose Groundworks for my basement work. Rene Renteria and his crew were great to work with. They did a good job and went above and beyond for service. It was clear that they cared about their work and wanted to do well. I would highly recommend them.
Also, had Ivan and Isaac out to fix our front porch, they did a great job and were efficient and friendly.

I was extremely pleased with all aspects of this contractor. They called ahead early and arrived on time. The work supervisor Mel was precise and thorough walking me through the process from start to finish,making sure to protect the contents of my home from dust. Cleanup was meticulous and we concluded with a customer satisfaction survey 👌. Great crew. Will recommend Ground Works to all my friends and associates needing this type of repairs.
