Working with Groundworks has been a smooth, easy process. We bought our house in April 2025, with the work done on our basement prior to use purchasing it. It was time for our annual maintenance and our technician, Jeff Schroeder, was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained what was all done to our basement and why. He walked us through the process of what was needed to stop water from coming into our basement. He was so patient and helpful in getting everything scheduled and approved and answered any question we had! We would highly recommend Groundworks to anyone!

We had a fairly large project completed by Groundworks. The team that worked on our house (Rene Renteria, Manuel Garcia and Lu Khin) were very professional and communicative (even our neighbors were loved them). They exceeded our expectations with their work and craftsmanship. We had several piers, beams and wall anchors put in. Rene explained everything going on each day. They worked late to get the job done. They cleaned up. They were awesome!!!

Having met with and looked into a couple of other companies, it was an easy decision to go with them - and it paid off. We were given time to consider different options (not every company affords you this time …and with a big project and financial investment, we appreciated that time). They also have the best financing options we could find.

Aaron Zach did an amazing job with our service. He was very helpful with not only the understanding of the equipment but with the function of it. He was very respectful of everyone in the household and deserves a massive raise or bonus. 10/10 would highly recommend

Josh and the crew did a great job. We ended up getting several bids for foundation support. We chose to go with groundwork’s and are very pleased with everything. Josh was very informative about what was happening and why we needed piers. All of the companies wanted to do piers but the others didn’t really show us or explain to us why. Juan and his crew were amazing. Shocking amount of dirt I will say, they did do a good job putting most of it back. Overall we are very pleased.

My daughter’s house needed 5 piers. Scott as so very helpful in getting everything started with measuring and telling us what needed to be done. John, Bleah, Ivan and Cooper were an AMAZING TEAM that dug and installed everything🎉. They did what needed to be done in a timely manner and did an excellent job cleaning up after. There was really very little evidence that they had been there. Groundworks was great to work with and very professional. I would highly recommend them😃

Update: Groundworks followed up with me and made the effort to make up for the issues I had, so I'm adding a star to my original review.

We hired Groundworks to install a sump pump in our basement, and for the cost, I expected better quality work. When they arrived on the first day, they confirmed they’d be placing the pipes from the basement on the side of the house next to the existing gutter. However, when we returned that afternoon, they had installed them on the front of the house. Nobody wants to see that when they walk up to their house. When they returned the following day, we communicated our frustration, and the crewman agreed it needed to be relocated. We appreciate that it was fixed, but we now have large holes in the front of our house that we’ll need to repair next year before we paint the house.

In addition, there are many rough spots around the basement wall where new concrete was poured. I’d consider one area in particular an actual tripping hazard. And when they wrapped up on day two, they didn’t reinstall the exterior door they had removed for easier access. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and courteous, our issues are specifically with the quality of work.

This company was amazing. They came and looked at everything gave me an estimate. Did the work 3 weeks later in 3 days! Sal and his crew Arturo and Lu were absolutely amazing kind and courteous. Talked me through each day and left the yard looking better than when they got here. Thanks again Groundworks for a job well done and for Sal the foreman. Come highly recommended from my family and I. Definitely gave us peace of mind. I am one happy customer

Got my house back! After storms in July, CityWide responding quickly, helped with insurance company and completed the work quickly and efficiently.

All around Great job, from getting help with the insurance claim to the roof install it all went smooth and fast. Great company to work with, I highly recommend them.
