I had them come out in November 2023, they gave us an estimate on doing the front screen and back door and screen door which I paid cash for and they charged me over $1500 to do the work. They delayed the work but finally came out to do the work. We purchased the doors and they sent 2 workers to do the work (did not know what they were doing at ALL). Well they completed the work but it seems like several months later the doors that they installed cold draft and snow was coming into the doors and grams that they built! We reached out to DeLoa (Frank) but no response. The doors were not set right and were not level in the frame. The frame around the doors they had put in short screws and all popped out. They did not put in any insulation in the door frame. Please do not let them do any work for you because you will be highly disappointed. We try to reach out to them recently and they sent someone out to give us an estimate and he didn’t know that his boss did the work. He said that whoever installed the doors didn’t know what they doing and didn’t do them right. But now they’re refusing to get back to us. Do not let them do any work for you! Not a good contracting company!!!!

DeLoa did a great job on our front porch railings. The crew was very nice and professional. Fair price. Completed in one day as they said they would. Cleaned up after themselves.

Quick to come out and estimate the job at a fair price and the work was done exceptionally well. The workers were friendly and easy to talk to when it came to discussing what needed to be done. They kept their worksite clean and I'd hire them again if needed in the future.

We requested a bid for some work at our house. Frank was prompt to stop by and look at the job, but we've never received the bid. I even called to inquire and the bid was promised for the next day. If he wasn't interested in the job, a simple email informing me of that would have been appreciated, rather than waiting around to hear from him.

DeLoa & Sons Construction is by far the most professional, most trustworthy and most reliable contractor we worked with during a time we worked with over 9 contracting agencies due to water damage to our home. Not only did they finish our job in a very short time, their craftsmanship was perfect. The timeline laid out was not only met but finished early and their price was quote was very fair and reasonable. WE WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN FOR ANY CONSTRUCTION/REPAIRS NEEDED IN THE FUTURE. "

My experience with DeLoa Construction has been clean and easy. Remodeling a kitchen and words like clean and easy don't usually belong in the same sentence. Everyone from the owner down to the two guys that did my renovation were extremely courteous, professional, thoughtful, conscientious, intelligent, and nice. Nice is the best, so is clean, so are they.
I would not hesitate to have them do any future work for me and would overwhelmingly recommend them to anyone for whatever home remodeling or construction needed.

Awesome team with a can-do attitude. Able to adapt to many unforeseen circumstances and honored my bid as originally quoted! Frank & Frankie duo knocked it out of the park on my driveway, gutters, railings and storm door project. Currently working with them to prep for drywall renovations. Pricy but worth the peace of mind knowing your work was permitted, to code, and BUILT WELL!
Highly recommend for a project of any size!

DeLoa completed a full kitchen, dining room and living room remodel. I couldn't be happier with the results. Frank is great to work with and takes care of business. His team completes a good amount of the scope and he hires subs for some of the specialties when needed. The price was fair and I'm so happy I hired a GC instead of trying to work through the project myself like I have done with smaller jobs around the house. See the before and after photos - I'm still waiting for furniture in the living room and dining room so I will try to include those later when the rooms are fully put together. I would and probably will work with DeLoa again in the future - Thanks

A bit of a challenge to schedule work or to actually speak to anyone. I hate automated responses. I am still waiting for my next project to be scheduled and for an estimate on my garage. I expected to be asked about colors. The crew worked 10-2 and was slow but good. What was supposed to take 3 days took over a week.

Do not do business at the Papillion, NE Home Depot store! Do not ever use Home Depot to buy/install carpeting! Do not ever use Crew 2 for any installation services! You will regret it. After 5 unique failures to install the correct carpet, 6 weeks of no use of a third of our home (never mind that we have to completely start over choosing/ordering carpet), 3 canceled family events, etc., the only thing the store, the district, or corporate can do…is give us our money back. They’ve had our money since April 7. It’s June 13th! I’ve even used vacation time to be home for their botched installs. It’s evident they are incompetent, unable to provide carpet anywhere near the quality of what is advertised, and do not care about their customer. I’ll say that last part one more time. They do not care about you, the customer. I'd give zero stars if it were possible.
