Wetzel Properties and Remodeling revitalized my old basement bathroom! Orchestrated a beautiful new bathroom and diligently problem solved old house issues like uneven bathroom floors and odd size lumber in the ceiling. The tile looks fantastic ! We needed several pieces custom made to fit the old space and keep with the aesthetic, including having metal pieces special painted to both match and last. They used quality construction products like the Wedi Shower System, (similar to the Schulter system) which gave me peace of mind that I won't have a mold problem in a few years. Bonus was integrating the bathroom's electrical system with my Philips lights. Now I can set mood lighting scenes with Siri and program the bathroom fan to run when the humidity gets high in the basement!

Tom knocked out a wall to make it bigger, designed a beautiful, huge nook, put in seating in our walk in, zero entry shower, installed heated floors and a built double sink vanity and a floor to ceiling piece for storage. We couldn’t be more pleased! Tom was thorough and precise. He is honest and a man of integrity. We would hire him again no matter how big the project!

When are you going to fix the horrible deck you built at our business? When are you going to respond to the 2 letters our attorney has sent you? Of course now you have our money you won’t take responsibility for your work.

This company has very inconsiderate drivers. I was behind one of them in the turning lane and they decided to switch lanes to go straight. They used the middle lane to cut the turning lane line and turned left on a red light when they were not even in the lane to turn.
