Siefken Contracting replaced my roof in Papillon this summer and did an amazing job. They were fast, accurate, and respectful from beginning to end. I definitely recommend them as best roofers in Omaha and surrounding areas for sure!

Recently the lathe & plaster kitchen ceiling to my 100-year-old house collapsed due to excessive weight from heavy electronics stored in the attic space by a renter.

Siefken Contracting (who I hired before to replace hail damaged roofs on my home and garage) was again called on for help.

Siefkin Project Specialist, Jesse Jordan, arrived in less than 24 hours to professionally assess the damage and prepare a recommendation for remediating the problem and repairing the ceiling. Mr. Jordan not only examined the kitchen ceiling, but the attic above it and the basement below. He examined the structural supports of the home, examined the entire property to assess the cause of the ceiling failure, took measurements, photographed all areas involved and made copious notes. He then consulted with other construction professionals at Siefkin before providing me with a thorough written bid for work to be done. I was informed who would be doing the work, materials needed, the time frame and cost.

Everything happened as Mr. Jordan explained. The finished product is exactly as promised. And the final cost was as bid. No hidden surprises.

Also, every member of the crew was professional, considerate, tidy, hard working. They answered all my questions. And the quality of their work was excellent. Should I call Siefkin again for similar work, I will definitely request this same crew.

Should I need any renovation, repair, upgrade work to my property again...Siefkin and Jesse Jordan will be my first (and most likely) only call.

Siefken Contracting completed my kitchen remodel and replacement of exterior door. I am so pleased with the result and they helped what can be a painful process, go smoothly. In my prior experience with contractors, there was poor communication and projects took much longer than expected. Thankfully, that was not the case with Siefken. Jared was always reachable and provided almost daily communication. The workers in my home were pleasant and courteous. I appreciated being included in decisions which might be minor to other contractors (e.g. placement of cabinet pulls, back splash, etc.), but was never assumed by Siefken. They took the time to rework my initial plan in order to get the cabinets I really wanted and stay in budget. They didn’t start the project until nearly everything was in hand which allowed them to get the project done quickly. My new kitchen was useable in 3 weeks and the last step of painting was completed by 4 weeks. They understand being out of one’s kitchen is difficult and they did their best to move quickly to get me back in mine. I am loving my new kitchen and I am very happy with the work Siefken Contracting completed. If I have any needs in the future, I won’t hesitate to hire them again.

We had them install a paver patio. Also took up the sod and used garden bricks to outline a large flower garden. The workers are first rate, very friendly and cleaned up afterwards. First rate company and first rate work.

When dealing with different Landscaping companies--Scott, Mike, Mike X2 and Andy went above and beyond when it came to creativity! I gave them a couple ideas and they took it from there. If you're looking to stand out in the neighborhood when it comes to landscaping, these are your guys!

This company is contacted through the city of Omaha to clear our streets. As thankful as I am to have this service provided in a very timely manner the quality is lacking. We live opposite a cul de sac and they usually pile the snow to the side of our driveway. Today the driver decided to leave three feet of snow in front of our driveway (compared to my neighbors that have that only have a few inches). As he was scooping I flagged him down and asked if he was going to do another pass to move the heap. He very rudely told its not his problem and sped off. As I am not a customer per say but the fact the man was so inconsiderate and had no intention of fixing his mistake gives me an understanding of how this company does business.
