Siefken Contracting recently replaced our roof and gutters. Very pleased with both and with the crew that did the work. Cleaned up everything nicely. I would recommend Siefken to anyone looking for roof and gutter replacement. And Jason was great to work with, very responsive and helpful.

The work they provided was due to the hail storm in May 2019. Roof, gutters, deck, a few windows, a couple of screens and paining.

Pros: the work was completed, the sub contractors were friendly and professional, Siefken was prompt with their billing, they were quick to change a sub-contractor after I had expressed concerns about the first one they had selected

Cons: communication during the early stages of the process was rough. Their field agent wasn’t responsive to my calls/texts. I was ultimately told to work directly with their office manager, Tracy. I spent a lot of time on calls with my insurance company working out the little problems that arise with large claims. I was told Siefken would handle all communication with the insurance company. Their billing practice is a little unusual. They charged over $450 to replace two window screens. I brought this to their attention, thinking their sub might have misrepresented his actual work. Siefken responded that is the normal charge. I realize it’s paid by insurance, but it’s way too much for the work. To be fair, I thought the over all cost of the total project was reasonable.

Siefken Contracting did an amazing job on my mom's roof and downspouts. I would highly recommend them. They were very easy to work with and so efficient.

This is my first house so this was also my first time having to deal with any kind of roof issues. We had a huge storm come through and damage my roof. Siefken walked me through the whole process and made sure I was taken care of. Their work was excellent and they even followed up to make sure everything is still good. Which it is. I'd highly recommend them to anyone who wants/needs work done on their house.

Working with Siefken Contracting was easy and their work timely and quality. I had them redo the exterior of my home with fixing the exterior on my home, vinyl siding, gutters, and exterior paint. We were victims of a violent hail storm back in 2022 and so I went ahead and search for companies to bid for repairs. After all of the companies we interviewed, Jared from Siefken stole our hearts and eased our concerns.

Not only was he very responsive, he also followed through with everything he told us he was going to do. The workers were great and did not bother us at all. When things were not right like a break on a new siding due to workers, it was replaced the very next day.

This was the first time that my family and I had to get repairs on our home but now we have new sidings, new roof, new gutters and downspouts, new front windows, new storm doors, new garage doors, and a power-washed & repainted deck. We practically have a new house from the outside. We even got additional vents to our roof since it wasn't up to code. Things that we didn't even think of, they covered.

It was also a very smooth transaction between insurance, Siefken, and my family. We had peace of mind and can't thank them enough! I would recommend Siefken to everyone that needs repairs!

Siefken Contracting worked with our insurance company to help us receive the funds needed to repair the damages to our home from a hailstorm. The Siefken Team were polite, prompt and efficient. They did an amazing job cleaning up the area around the house including all the nails. A great experience.

They spent a little over a month attempting to fix my bay window roof to stop it from leaking. During the process much more water started to come through than prior to the repairs. I took pictures, videos, and showed the sub-contractor where they water was coming through, they eventually sent a closer out after I kept complaining the issue wasn't resolved. They then recommended additional repairs that would have nearly tripled the initial estimate and costs and sent me a bill for work they did that didn't fix the problem. Incredibly disappointed overall and would not recommend.

Contracting with Siefken has been one of the best decisions we have made in our thirty-plus years of home ownership. Jared, our main contact, was knowledgeable about all facets of the work that needed to be done - chimney repair, painting, roof, window casings, gutters, and downspouts. He professionally advised us with all of the necessary decision making, and he coordinated all of the work with carefully vetted vendors that Siefken employs. Insurance was involved in some aspect of the overall project. Siefken skillfully handled all of the communication with the insurance adjuster in our behalf. Siefken stands behind the workmanship provided and has the same high standards as the ones we expect. There was just one instance in which we felt a portion needed to be done over. Jared wholeheartedly agreed and quickly had the vendor return to rectify the situation. We are happy with the outcome of all the workmanship Siefken provided, and we are confident that the completed work will look good for years to come.

This third time we've used Siefken & they've never disappointed us. We've got several projects for next spring & they'll be our contractor for those as well. I highly & emphatically recommend them for any remodel, repair & construction project you may have. Our sales rep, Jesse, was extremely helpful & knowledgeable, explained everything in detail so we understood just what we were getting & how the process worked. Very responsive when I called & checked with us twice to make sure we were happy with results.

We had the RX gutter guards installed along with an added downspout.
The crews were pleasant to work with & cleaned up well once the job was complete. Our salesman, Jesse Jordan was very informative throughout the quote process.
We were also pleased with Jesse’s follow up after the job was finished, making sure that everything went well.

Clean timing work. I desperately needed a heater in my garage and they trouble shot the electrical issues rerouting the power they needed. Heater was hung and keeping the garage nice and warm by the end of the day.
