Nick, Hector, Ahmed and Tony were amazingly prompt, professional, courteous, clean and extremely efficient! Seth was also beyond words as well (congrats on the baby girl)! I've never had a foundation fixed but these guys!!

I had a great experience with Thrasher. I had them install 6 carbon fiber straps on one wall in my basement. The workmanship looks great, the guys were friendly and my estimator, Sam F, did a great job communicating and explaining everything.

This review pertains to Thrasher Foundation Repair in the Denver Colorado area (project was in Golden Co) but I have purposefully chosen Thrasher Foundation Repair in Papillon Nebraska for this review as this appears to be the home office for the company.

On behalf of our daughter who lives in Golden Colorado, I contacted Thrasher and met with Rep in late June 2025. Multiple external areas of concrete (driveway, porch and rear patio off deck) were sagging, cracking and in poor condition due to inferior soil prep and concrete work by the home builder about 8 years prior. Received a proposal for about $5500 to perform the typical Thrasher repair technique to drill holes and inject some type of expanding and elastomeric material to “lift” the slabs, porch etc and inject (in the case of the driveway to repair the leveled slab/cracks) another grout/elastomeric material to cover cracks and drilled holes. Contracted and paid $1000 plus in deposit in late June shortly after proposal.

The work was not scheduled until late July due to my daughter’s schedule. Angelo was the Technician/Crew Leader. Was told by Salesman and Home Office Staff and Angelo that project would take one day and which required that my daughter be home to kick off project, inspect at completion and pay balance.

At this point. all appeared good. Upon Angelo arriving late July, the entire project and experience with Thrasher became extremely problematic. More like a nightmare. The project dragged on for days. To be fair, one day required the crew to shut down early due to weather. That was the ONLY valid reason for delays. In short, the problems were very poor quality workmanship - in fact the crew made the matter worse on the porch and broke off large chunks of concrete from two steps. Other serious problems were repeated poor communication by multiple staff including Angelo and home office and management.. Yet more problems were created by a supposed one-day project that required over a month to finally complete which in turn required my daughter to stay home from work more than the originally expected one day. After about a week of dealing with a highly incompetent Angelo and poor to non existent communication, I begin reaching out to the home office. This included Mark Klamm and eventually a manager named Chad (?). Apologies on this name - I am trying to forget this entire “project from hell” and this also explains why I have waited another month to write this review. More phone calls and complaints until Thrasher finally sub contracted to have a small amount of concrete formed and poured to repair the steps that Thrasher made worse and broke off chunks. Finally completion in August.

Is the work functionally/structurally complete? Seemingly yes. Does it look cosmetically good? NO!!!! In summary, this project was of very poor quality, communication also poor and at times non existent and delays were significant. In short….lots of yelling and screaming to get it finished and paid off. Wishing I would have never contracted Thrasher. Research your concrete problems carefully and even more so regards potential solutions.

Thrasher Concrete Repair did an outstanding job on my entire driveway today. They arrived right on time, just as promised, and took the time to walk me through the scope of work and clarify the proposal before getting started. Their team installed a compression guard, leveled the panels using PolyLevel, and applied caulking to the cracks with great attention to detail.
After the work was completed, Eric walked me through the finished project, and I was genuinely impressed. The driveway looked about 1000 times better than when they started! The quality of the work was excellent, and the driveway now looks clean, level, and professionally sealed.
They also went the extra mile by providing tape at the end of the driveway and sidewalks to prevent anyone from accidentally stepping on the fresh caulk. Highly recommend Thrasher for anyone needing concrete repair. Professional, courteous, and thorough from start to finish.

The crew called to convey arrival time. They reviewed the job scope & details & really protected our home with dust mitigation & then they got AFTER IT!!!
Follow up was quick for a couple small issues & technical questions to restore all values from the data logger to the app were successful. This is quite the monitoring system for our store room foreign water mitigation. Thrasher = Quality

We are very pleased with our experience. Our Rep Tyler has went above and beyond. The work that was done in our home required all the workers to go through our finished basement. They treated our home as if it was their own. They were very respectful and nice. Left our house spotless when they were done. And solved our problem!

I had an excellent experience with this company from start to finish. Nick was polite, prompt, efficient, and clean. He arrived right on time and took the time to explain exactly what he was doing throughout the process. He worked carefully and made sure to keep the work area clean, even though the job—installing carbon armor straps—could have been messy.

Keith, the representative who came out initially, was also wonderful to work with. He was very friendly and did a great job explaining what needed to be done, what might happen, and what could safely wait until a later date if necessary.

Overall, I got a very welcoming, community-driven vibe from this company. They truly seem to care about their customers and their work. I genuinely enjoyed working with them—much more than the last company I used for similar wall repairs. Highly recommend!

Thrasher was easy to work with and very professional. From start to finish they did everything they promised. The initial person that came out and did the bid was great, and the crew that did the work was top notch. They were fast, efficient, thorough and polite.

This is my got-to when I need something done. Got my tree cut and remove a tree from my backyard after a big storm that hit our area. When he was done cleaned up like it was nothing. 10/10!!!
