Just a thumbs up to Javier and his JC Custom Build team. They remolded our kitchen and did a wonderful job. I enjoy cooking in, and just looking at it. Attention to detail is evident. They even added some creative innovations. The team accomplished the remake in record time in a professional manner. He and his crew also carefully isolated the work area from the rest of the rooms in our home before construction. Their clean-up was thorough, even leaving a sparkle to the area. From tear out to finish, Javier did a masterful job of coordinating the sub-contractors, ensuring fixtures and supplies were delivered on time, and that any issues were dealt with promptly. Javier and his team did a great job on a full kitchen remodel and new roof for us. Great communication, professional, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend JC custom build. We contracted a house that was still under construction after seeing other great examples of similar custom builds. Javier worked with us to make further customized changes to the home like a home gym upgrade, floor/tile changes, and furnishing changes which was extremely appreciated and saved us lots of renovation work down the line. We really love our new home! He has also remained available since closing for any concerns or questions that come up about the home which has been extremely helpful and is very professional.

We just finished a major remodel of our kitchen, pantry, laundry room, sunroom and flooring. Javier and his team did an excellent job. Here are some of the main reasons...

1) Javier was easy to work with. There were never any issues contacting him or discussing project related ideas. He is a very positive "can do" person.

2) He didn't just follow the plan. If he saw something he didn't think we would like (for various reasons) he came to us with suggestions that were always better than the original plan.

3) His team was hard-working and very courteous. They seemed to enjoy their work. They also did a great job.

4) From what I saw, he can do anything needed around a house... from small jobs to very large.

5) Most importantly... our house looks great!

Javier remodeled our primary bathroom and we are very satisfied with the end result. His crew paid attention to details that make the bathroom what we wanted. Not everything went as planned as we are in an old house, but Javier made sure that adjustments were made so we were happy with finished product. I would use him again for future projects.

We took our time trying to find a contractor that was easy to work with and listened to us.Javier is knowledgeable and experienced remodeling older homes and what it takes to transform the old into new. He was able incorporate the unique features we loved —- coved ceilings and our pantry!
Javier is a perfectionist and all of the other trades, he contracts with were top notch. Everyone arrived on time and did a great professional job of explaining and clarifying the work that was to be completed.

Javier and his team of experts did an amazing job on our huge remodeling job. Two bathrooms and a kitchen were a complete demo and rebuild! He is wonderful to work with, polite, creative, accommodating and skilled. Javier and his group are always cheerful and hard working. They clean up after each work day and never complain. All are excellent craftsmen, from electrical and carpentry to plumbing and flooring. When the job was complete a finished house cleaning was even included! Hoping to move forward with Javier and his crew to create more fabulous living spaces!

This is the third time Ost construction has worked in our home. We keep using them for a reason. Dave and team just finished our kitchen and like the other projects (basement and bathroom) he did an excellent job. He and his team communicate well and are timely, considerate and flexible. Over the years, I have used Ost Inc. for everything from replacing a toilet, to painting, to window repair, to replacing a floor, to help with a sidewalk, to changing out light fixtures and ceiling fans, to other electric work, to ripping up carpet, to roof replacement and deck issues. There is no job that Dave and Jack can't handle. They were extremely professional and always cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them for any project you need. I will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Occurs to me that some people have been writing reviews that aren’t even customers of yours. I don’t know where they get their Ideas or why They like to ruin the reputation of a good contractor. But in my experience with Ryan and his company is great professional and Above and beyond Quality work. We have had This company do our roof twice with no complaints. They even made a mistake on the roofing materials and came back to correct their error, we would’ve never known the difference.They were honest and above board. Other companies would have just let it go. You people with the false Reviews from whoever did your work get exactly what you deserve. As for our family we would go to Ryan and his company again and again.
