The quality of work is/was great. Very professional workers and did a great job from siding, to roofing, to indoor ceiling repair and indoor/outdoor painting. Their shortfall was in scheduling, but we worked through that.

My husband and I highly recommend Ryan Siefken and his company. His crew did a great job on our roof at a reasonable price. We will not hesitate to use them again.

Listen up guys... I've used this company twice for our home in Omaha. Both times were due to hail damage to our roof and siding. Ryan Siefken and his team of professionals went to bat against my insurance company to give me the best service and product available for our home! They treat all customers the same so if they do if for me they'll do it for you too! If you're looking for someone who has invested interest in your home, these are your guys! So you can stop looking for other contractors and just call them!!!

Siefken Contracting had done prior Insurance work for me at a former home. I was very satisfied with the extensive rehab of roofing, siding and window screens. I now live in a HOA complex and my residence required new gutters to replace recently damaged gutters. I recommended Siefken Contracting and the HOA accepted the recommendation. The Gutter Replacement was completed in a Very Timely Fashion and without any complications. New Gutters are larger and working efficiently. I am pleased with the final outcome. I do enjoy working with Sieken Contracting- Pleasant office staff, Ryan the owner is knowledge and also a reasonable person to deal with. The Install staff was friendly, efficient, neat and tidy with cleanup . Yes! I would recommend Siefken Contracting strongly!

Very professional. Did an amazing job with the repairs we had to have done. Always on time. Amazing job clean up afterwards. Fought hard to get us exactly what we wanted and needed to fix our home. Super friendly crews. Also replaced our windows. Very highly recommended. I will go with them again if I ever need anything done.

Seifken did a total remodel of 2 adjoining bathrooms. They removed a tub and installed a new shower. They added new toilets, new lighting, mirrors, new floor tile, set our purchased vanities, plumbed the sinks, painted, etc. Brand new bathrooms in 2 weeks time. Their staff was easy to work with and listened to our wants/needs and made some suggestions, that we appreciated. Their workers were on time, efficient and very professional.

All of the cement work and exterior painting was done by professionals. They were polite. They cleaned up after their work was finished. They did a through job of prepping before the job. I’m totally satisfied with all the work done by this contractor and their crews.

I had hired Ryan and his crew to finish my basement. Ryan provided me with a amazing estimate for the job. In his estimate he stated it would take between approximately 2 to 6 weeks. His crew knock it out in 9 days. The quality of work was completely amazing. They did all the framing, drywall, put LED can lights in, and build a beautiful custom shower. I highly recommend Ryan and his crew to everyone.

I can only they good things about Siefken Construction. When they take over as your representative for your home repair, they will go toe to toe with your insurance company and get what is truly deserved. My insurance company was being really tight on giving me a new roof saying they will replace only 1/2 the shingles and that’s it. Siefken really went after them represented my needs and not only did they get me a whole new roof they got them to replace the sky light as well. They also proved that some new siding caused by the hail storm. If you have an insurance company that does not want to pay out and cut corners hire Siefken and they will have your back.

Ryan and his crew have completed multiple projects at our commercial properties. They are responsive, proactive and very professional. Siefken has always worked with our tight schedules and multiple contractors to ensure that projects finish on time. We will continue to use and recommend Siefken for our ongoing projects.

I had my entire roof, gutters and downspouts replaced. Everything was done in 2 days! They started in a timely manner, were very considerate of me and my property, and cleaned everything up perfectly! Jared handled everything dealing with my insurance which took the stress out of it for me, and Angie in the office had all the paperwork, billing and checks in order. What a great team and a positive experience!

Ryan and his team are amazing to work with! I found out my roof needed to be replaced the same week my husband left for deployment. I had so much support from my roofers! They walked through the with claims adjuster to make sure the claim was approved and work was started right away. Honestly, 100% great experience.

I was referred to Siefken Contracting by a family friend. Jesse Jordan (my assigned sales rep) helped get through some insurance hurdles on the front end. Due to some administrative delays, we were up against winter to get the roof on quick, so Jesse and their team upgraded me to a better shingle that would allow installation in colder temps, at their expense. The installation process went well, and they returned several times after to ensure all debris was cleaned up. Jesse followed up several months later to ensure everything was working properly. He was very helpful, as were the other representatives I came across throughout the process.

After the hailstorm in May 2019, Siefken was recommended to us by a friend and neighbor. The roof was a total loss and much of the west side of the house needed siding and painting. Because of the age and condition of the remaining siding we decided to upgrade/replace the siding and paint the entire house. Siefken handled the claim with the insurance company and provided a more than fair bid for the additional work. We were very happy with the quality of the work. The entire staff, Sales mgr, office, and workers were responsive, professional and friendly. I would recommend and will use Siefken again as my general contractor.

Hired Siefken Contracting after the insane hailstorm in Iowa. They did excellent work and made the process of dealing with insurance extremely easy. Would recommend to people inexperienced in dealing with insurance.
