This company is always able to properly diagnose and fix my appliance issues. Grills, ranges, washer and dryer. I have them on speed dial. I never feel like I’m getting gouged either. Just honest and trustworthy about pricing.
    They know their stuff!

Called for repair service couple days ago and we got Eddie came and checked around our refrigerator . Their staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though we chose not to repair it at the end, but Eddie still send us a list of good refrigerator brands and some suggestion. That helps a lot. Excellent service.

I used this company a couple of times before back in 2014-2018. The service was good and the price was reasonable. Last week, I had problem with my freezer, called them today to check. The service fee now is $99 for them to come. And it costs $835 to replace a de-icing kit which itself is only around $250. Really ridiculous. Will never use their services again!

This company is a rip off!!! I called because my upright freezer broke. I ask for someone to come and try to fix it. They quoted a price and I agreed. They showed up and the mechanic said I needed a new thermostat. He did not have one and he would have to order it. The office sent me an email quoting a price, I called to speak to them about it, then they tried to charge me $125.00 more!!!! This was over the high charge already quoted. This is nothing but a company ripping off the customer in a bad situation. Please save your money.

The repairman who fixed my leaking refrigerator was fast, efficient and very helpful with his suggestions. He even cleaned the bottom coils of the fridge AND got my garbage disposal working again (in just 3 minutes) at no extra charge! I highly recommend Comfort Home Appliance and will use them again if the need arises.

I paid $119 down for a repair person to come tell me my washing machine was broken by hearing it for a couple of minutes. He was nice. I didn't hear from the company. A week later, after not being able to do laundry for a family of four, I called to check up. They said they had the part but forgot to call. Then sent me an estimate for $650 when the 5 year-old machine costs $750 new. Now I'm out $119 and they won't even put that towards taking the old machine if I buy a new one myself. I'm more than a little frustrated with their service.

The total cost of the quote is $650. The service is major part of the problem because I had to call and they told me they had the part available and forgot to call me.

My mistake was not reading the reviews of this scam company. Their nice and seemingly good technician Eddie came to my home to fix a Whirlpool icemaker. He checked it out and determined the problem was the ice maker. I paid for the call. Later, the estimate was a ridiculous almost $500 for this job... a part that I could buy OEM original for $60. I bought and put the part in myself....still no ice. I called them back and said I will pay Eddie to come back and see why it still doesn't work. They blew me off. Never replied.
The story gets worse: The company used my name to enter my guarded and gated community a couple of weeks later in Las Vegas. Not to come to my house...just to get past the guards.
This is a security risk and I reported them to Security officers.
I would not do business with this shady company.

This guy came over and charged me $200 to fix something that was not broken. Then he told me he would come back after he ordered a part and never came back. He wanted to charge me $500 for a part on my microwave that cost $25. I had someone come over from JJ appliances to fix what he broke and what was already wrong for $177.

They charged a senior citizen $2,500 for refrigerator repair. After checking for part prices, it was way overpriced and job canceled. Never fixed it, and would not return the money. Visited their offices, that don't exist. They hang a lisence at REGUS common office space rental without an actual office. All webpage pictures are fake. Husband/wife work from home but act like a big business with accounting department. After about 100 phone calls, visits to fake office, registered collection letter and visit to their home, MaryAnn Jennings refused the collection attempt. 1/2yr later, had to file the case at Clark County Small Claims Court to get the money back. Stay away. Bad, bad, bad people. Would give minus points if possible.

This company took my money and ran!

This company conned me out of $345 that I was trying to spend to get my mothers stove repaired. I paid upfront and they kept saying the parts were on back order, need to keep waiting... that turned into them saying their Vegas technician quick abruptly and they'd have the boss come from colorado to do the job the next week (another lie). Then I finally asked for them to reverse the charge which they said they would later that day (another lie)... and now they have just stopped responding.

PLEASE do not let them con you out of your money. Their invoice is in the name of my father who is a senior citizen and it is a criminal offense to defraud the elderly. If I can not reverse the charge through Wells Fargo we will be pushing for legal action. STAY AWAY!

Recently our stove top burner was acting weird so I have Horizon Appliance come out to check it out. Through out my experience with the technician Jesse and Beth at the office, it was a wonderful experience. They were both courteous and professional, I would definitely work with them again and recommend them highly.

Dryer was not heating up. Called and Jesse showed up in a Cadillac, not a work truck. First thing he puts sales pitch of $150 clean up, before he looks at dryer. Said fix problem first. As he opens dryer he talks again about $150 cleaning. As he finds issue he asks for the password to our wifi account. I advise that is a security issue and he says everyone else doesn't have a problem with it. We see some lint inside dryer and he says charge to vaccum. We say we can vacuum right away, he says no. I called office to complain as he is at home, manager says he does not have issues with getting wifi password and said Cadillac because truck in service. Ok on truck. Not on asking for personal password on wifi.

Jesse puts back dryer and gives quote of $240. Still paid $65 fee.

Jesse leaves. We then notice screws missing that I know were there to open dryer as I checked vents and looked at dryer before Jesse arrived. Also plastic broken on inside that I can not confirm they did. I called Jesse and he said he put back as was. You think he would say screws missing right away when he opened. I said just tell me where they are, don't care if you missed putting back, he insisted he didn't know what I was talking about. Left 2 messages for management, still waiting for reply.

Since my previous appliance technician retired a few years back, its been hard to find a dependable and reliable company to take care of my appliance needs. I was highly recommended by a friend that uses their HVAC services, in this case it was my Refrigerator that wasn’t cooling on the fresh foods side. They came out the next day and the technician (I believe his name was jesse) found what the issue was quickly on my subzero refrigerator. He ordered the part and installed it in a timely matter. Service was a A+ all around, thank you.

I had an absolute awful experience with another appliance repair company that tried to rip me off and I was appalled at the Manager's behavior, but "thankfully" I ran across Horizon Appliance on the Thumbtack app.
Wow - I am so grateful for their professionalism and service. Thank you Jesse for properly repairing my refrigerator and your great service. He was on time (Appliance Repair Experts were also 2 hours late) and was able to remove the water filter and replace with the new one. Also need a new microwave and will have them install.
I cannot express enough my gratitude for a job well done. Thank you Travis, Jesse and the crew.

I found Horizon Appliance on Next Door. Reviews looked good so I had a technician come out to look at my broken dryer. On March 16th technician, Jessie, took dryer apart left it apart along with a check for $544 saying he'd call and fix it when parts come in. After a week, I called Jessie only to find out he quit the company. He gave me the name and number of their Colorado office. They said they would send another technician, Travis, to fly out and fix it. After a no show appointment, Travis said he'd gotten sick and couldn't fly. He offered to refund the money. It is now April 26th and we still haven't received our refund. I checked out the Colorado website only to find with complete dismay that there are several reviews about Travis collecting money and only delivering lies. I don't understand how this company has good reviews. How do we stop this complete scandal. BEWARE!!!
