The repair man--Eddie was so rude and condescending about trying to find my place that I asked him to leave. Unprofessional company, look elsewhere for service.

Met my expectations, very professional and on top of things. They replaced the compressor and some other worn out parts on my built-in refrigerator.

I would give them less than a one start if possible. Complete crooks $850 for a $200 part that requires 4 screws

Staying at my grandson house and Bosch dishwasher goes out. Comfort Home Appliance came out and fixed it. The service guy was very well trained. Service was Great. Glad I called.

Over charged for simple keypad reset. Failed to ask if trainee could enter my home no repair/replacement parts needed. Tryed to hustle a service plan. The service charge I understood....ok but additional charges no. First and last time customer.

They came and diagnosed my bosch fridge while under warranty as you can see came here a couple of timesfor the SAME issue. The fridge breaks down like clock work. These people are milking the companies that provide the warranty so I going to forward all these invoices hopefully bosch will cancel contract. Total milk job and puts customers in the middle. Bad service.

If I could give a zero I would, only because of their customers service.
I call for service, tech arrived on time, they didn't fix samsung washer. They charge me an $100 saying that they will get back with me after they do a research, so they can have an idea how to fix it. After five days I called them back to ask what happen, where is the guy who was promising to do a research, lady on phone said I have to go, I don't have a time. Is this really how people work and build their customer service.

We've used this company 3 times in the past 13 years and they have always provided prompt, professional and quality service. The pricing is very reasonable and they possess ethics and integrity with their business practices. We are grateful for them!
