I highly recommend this place for appliance repair. He was smart in what he was doing, gave us great quality service, and pricing. I will never call anyone else but this company for repairs. Hopefully I don't have to use them any time soon, but will keep their info for sure!

1st, I've NEVER left a review online for anything! But, was so impressed with JJJ, I felt I had to, and they deserved 5 STARS! JJJ was VERY prompt (came to house SAME DAY, late on a Friday, no less, What repair service does that!). VERY Professional, Courteous (put on shoe covers the instant he walked in), Organized, Friendly. Most importantly VERY SKILLED, dove right into diagnosing and reparing our problem (older Samsung freezer/fridge stopped working). HONEST!!! VERY FAIR pricing, no scams, ripoffs, or misdirection. Fridge? Working like new! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! JJJ goes on our list of trusted service providers!

I researched what was likely wrong with my washing machine. Then I called about getting it fixed. JJJ told me the same thing that I had read in forums regarding this particular machine. Viorel asked how old the washing machine was. He then explained that the parts and labor are too high for this repair to be worth it. He (temporarily) put off business because of his integrity. I appreciate that. When I do need a repair I will be calling JJJ again.

He was by far. The best guy I have ever worked with I didn't feel scammed. I didn't feel pressured awesome guide to work with. I definitely recommend him for all problems with your washers.

Viorel Constantin was easy to work with and very professional. Texted 30 minutes before showing up and even got here a few minutes early. Fixed my clogged washing machine in under 30 minutes.

When NV energy had power fluctuations at 4AM today it woke us with havoc and beeps throughout our house, and our oven was stuck in lock mode. The oven manual suggested cycling the power for 5 minutes, which did nothing after 6 attempts. I called JJJ, and got free self repair instructions over the phone from JJJ, but after trying to unlock it manually I called in the expert for repairs. His fee was reasonable if you consider it would have taken me all day to figure out what he did in less than an hour. I would definitely recommend him, and will call for next repair needed.

I needed a washing machine fixed. I usually do these kinds of things myself. But, it needed to be done quickly and I had work.

A visit was scheduled for later in the day.

I ended up getting off early and was gone for the appointment. JJJ had already checked for parts in Henderson and there weren't any in stock.

As I was home early, he suggested a parts house in north Vegas and declined to take a payment.

I picked up the parts and did the repair.

If I have other needs that I don't have the time or expertise to do, this is the one to call!

The owner was prompt to pick up when I first called. He told me the likely hood of my appliance needing to be replaced based on the cost of what he knew the repairs would be- just in what I had said was occuring. I did end up replacing my appliance but the fact that he was honest and gave me advice without wasting time or charging me to diagnose it was refreshing. Other (small business appliance companies in henderson) wanted a high dollar just to diagnose and he was helpful without. I’ll certainly make use of him next time I need something done. Thank you!

Viorel gave me a price via text and fixed my ice maker for the price quoted. It’s hard to get parts at this time but he managed to find an ice maker and replace our broken one. Thanks Viorel and keep up the good work!

I had to call a different company after my home warranty sent a horrible company that just glanced at my freezer and said it needs a new defroster plug since there was ice build up. He said he would bring the plug next week! Then they moved my appt to the following week. I couldn't wait any longer. I called JJJ appliance and Viorel came the same day and said the freezer wasn't giving off any error codes. He cared enough to spend the time to steam the frozen ice on the back of my freezer so that at least my fridge would start working right. Once the ice was gone, it was a simple fix. My defroster plug got unplugged. Best $65 I've ever spent to have a freezer and a fridge again.

They came same day. Reasonable priced and very honest. First thing he said was:Great news! Nothing broken so no need for parts , all it is just a clogged hose. He fixed it and even showed my husband how to do it shall it happen again. That’s honesty.

Our dryer was making horrible noises and needed a pulley replaced. We were very pleased with our experience with JJJ Appliance. They were very responsive via email, provided a fair estimate and completed the work the next day.

Mr Viorel was super prompt, communicative, and came one day to diagnose the problem, verified he had the part in stock and then returned the next day. He explained everything to us took before and after pictures and charged a fair amount. Definitely grateful for him and will be referring him further.

Viorel repaired my dryer and was able to replace several old parts. He was very courteous and showed me each part that was failing and needed to be replaced. He took great effort to clean up the entire appliance during disassembly for repair as well as any debris in the area next to the appliance. His price felt very fair. I will definitely seek him again for any future appliance repair.

Just had Mr. Constantin repair my microwave that stopped working suddenly. First thing he asked me was how much I paid for it because it might not be worth getting it fixed if it was a cheaper model microwave. He came within an hour of me contacting him and took only half an hour for the repair. He showed me what the problem was and fixed it promptly. I highly recommend him and would use him again. It's rare these days to find service workers/repairmen who are honest, reliable and at a fair price.

The technician, Viorel Constantin, is also the owner of this business. Easy to schedule an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time, professional demeanor and was able to quickly diagnose the issue (fuse burned out). Despite it being a very heavy, built in microwave/convection oven, he was extremely careful not to scratch the cabinetry and countertops. Highly recommend this company for fast, efficient knowledgeable repair service at fair pricing. I've had a lot of experience with repair technicians, and he was by far and away, top notch!

Very pleased with the service and professionalism of Viorel. He came out in less than 24 hrs to fix our washing machine. Had the part needed on hand and asked a fair price. I will certainly continue to go to JJJ for appliance repairs, and will recommend him to family and friends.

My gas dryer needed a new set of switch valves which he had with him, and he did a little extra maintenance and checked the drive belts.

I selected this repair service based on their 5 star online review rating. My old refrigerator was not working and JJJ showed up at their exact scheduled appointment time. The technician (Viorel) was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained what was wrong and told me what it would cost to complete the repair. I don't have anything to base his pricing on, but the fact he had to track down the part, drive to the parts center, remove the old part and install the new one, all in a little over 2 hours, suggests his price was very fair! I would highly recommend this company.
