Just said "We dont have time for that" and hung up on me when I asked them for a quote to repair a specific issue on my washing machine. Very unprofessional.

They told me they would be to my house between 4 and 7 to repair my fridge. I waited, and no one showed up, and did not receive a call. I had to throw out hundreds of dollars worth of food because of this company.

Stovetop burner wouldn’t ignite. Fixed without overcomplicating it and it’s lighting normally now.

Oven display went blank without warning. Carlos restored it and made sure all buttons responded properly. Definitely relieved.

Just hung up on me for asking a quote. Wow.

Got a so called diagnostic but he only had me tell him the same error code I told the guy on the phone he didn't even touch the washer and told me I might as well buy a new washer charged me 70 bucks thanks for nothing The guy on the phone could have told me the same thing what a rip off

They will charge you money to come out and inspect your appliance give you a quote and never call you back and they just doing it to get your money for the service charge

The company repaired my washing machine hose 3 months ago. The system is now having the same issue. When I texted the technician and mentioned the warranty they promised they stopped replying

Unfortunately poor customer service. I was informed at the last minute a technician would not be showing up for a scheduled appointment after waiting all day , due to an illness (covid diagnosis). This was a Friday evening.
Appointment was rescheduled for the following Monday, last appointment of the day - this time not only was the technician a no show , but also I never received a phone call telling us a technician would not be able to make the appointment. When I called to ask the whereabouts of the technician? The company had no record of my original appointment? Sadly the appointment was for one of our rental properties and our tenants were left without a dryer for 3+ days :( .

No Thank You - never again !

Had a technician come out too fix a belt on a dryer paid $80 for the diagnostic and charged me another $80 for installation he ended up breaking a fan part on my dryer and tried saying the problem already existed before he came . But he failed to understand that thats why I paid him for the diagnostics . He also tried blaming me for the damages . Horrible experience aswell as other people I know that has had AC repairs and also runied their entire HVAC system .

The absolute worst company to have to deal with! Run! Do not even call them. If I could give them negative 100 stars that's what would happen! Nothing every got completed.

I'm actually wondering if they are in business still. I leave vaoicemails and no response. They were supposed to contact me for an appointment, as my insurance requ And I have never heard from them

We have two side by side fridge and freezers that they came out to look at. Not only did they charge us to diagnose the freezer but another $400 to diagnose the fridge. When on the phone when I originally called they said it would be $115 total.

They then said we needed parts to fix the fridge. We waited two weeks and heard nothing. After calling and calling they finally came out and then said “we can’t remove the piece this can’t be repaired” and left and then charged us an extra $613! We filed a dispute with Citi and it got reversed saying they are siding with Kings Appliance. A lot of times I read these reviews and think “oh the bad ones are just people whining or being upset for no reason”. This honestly is a poor company with horrible communication that will basically steal money from you. I can provide full receipts and screenshots of the communications for anyone that wants to see.
