Typically, I don't write reviews—positive or negative—but this time, I can't resist. There was a problem with my oven door. After evaluating the issue, Viorel quoted a reasonable price, placed an order for the necessary parts, returned a few weeks later, installed the oven door, and left. A man of no nonsense manner. He is someone I wholeheartedly endorse every day of the week.

Our experience with Viorel of JJJ Appliance was exceptional. Viorel diagnosed the problem with our washing machine, and was able to get the parts needed on short order, and even adjusted his schedule to come back on a Saturday morning to get this done for us. Viorel is a true professional, knowledgeable in all things appliance related (we asked him a bunch of other questions unrelated to our repair and he was super helpful with advice, etc.) Viorel communicated with us every step of the way, was on-time every time. Viorel is one of the best appliance service techs I have had. He was professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was punctual even though he was busy. He repaired my gas oven and even had the part with him. He is honest and very upfront. He has great work ethics and did exactly what he came to do. He is reliable and I absolutely recommend him.

I first called Viorel when I had a problem with my washer. He walked me through it on the phone, without a charge. Viorel then rescued a botched job on my Subzero icemaker. Great service, and unlike many others it feels like he is truly helping me save money and isn't trying to snag every dime he can. I would absolutely recommend him.

Mr. Viorel is the best. He will tell you what could be done for the appliance in question. If it is fixable and if it is advisable to fix or replace. I would go to them every time. Very honest company that looks out for its customers. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

The dryer drum stopped spinning, even though the motor was clearly running. I called for a repair, and they replaced the snapped drive belt the same day. The service was fast, and the technician was very respectful of my home. Highly recommended!
