Technician not that familiar with Bosch built-in oven/Microwave/Convection oven combo. Could not figure out how to get it apart to diagnose. Eventually did after much wasted time. Found that it was only a blown fuse. He did it back together and it’s all working now. I called a company Executive and he was more than professional. He totally understood my frustrations and demonstrated superb listening skills to fully grasp the situation. This instance will not deter me from using this company again should the need arise. We have all Bosch appliances in our home with the exception of the built-in Subzero refrigerator freezer. I would feel confident having someone come out from their company that’s more familiar with Bosch products.

I scheduled a washing machine repair
and was told there would be a $109 service fee that would be applied toward the total cost of parts and labor. After the repair was completed, there was confusion about the final charges, specifically whether the service fee was properly deducted. I later discovered that the repair company was subcontracted through a company in New York and is not affiliated with Bosch Home Appliances, despite the impression that they may have been connected. Luckily, the company that was contracted did amazing work
