Excellent technical service repairing the lights in our Bosch refrigerator. Technician was on time, clear in his communication, and very efficient in performing the service. Withheld a star simply because it was expensive and I have no basis for comparison.

They do decent work and the tech was very professional. The issue I have is with the pricing. You will get nothing done for the $149.00 service fee. The minimum labor charge is $280.00 no matter how much time is spent. Less than an hour and no parts in my case. Then a 3% charge for credit card..... none of this disclosed on line when I made the appointment. Not unhappy with the work but am unhappy with the lack of transparency in the pricing model. I will still be looking for appliance repair shop I can trust.

Fast, friendly, reasonable service. Gave me an upfront price for determining the problem,; needed a major part which had to be ordered. Everything was done within the time and price promised.

Bachir was wonderful. He was knowledgeable and diagnosed my problem with my Samsung refrigerator that was leaking very quickly. It needed a heat probe which he installed and cleaned out all the water lines. He worked in a professional manner and was very clean, it is now working like new!

Bachir arrived on time with a call to let me know he was 10min away. He used booties over his shoes and he was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to me describe the issue, troubleshooted and then commenced resolving the issue. Bachir also took the time to look at a couple of other things and offered me his expertise. Fantastic - I am very happy with the service and Bachir.

My Samsung front load washers rubber gasket on the door became dislodged, causing water to leak out. I scheduled an appointment for next day, which was very convenient to do online. Within a few minutes I got a call they could be at my house in 20 minutes. Luis arrived exactly on time. He was very professional & courteous. He fixed the problem & went above & beyond by also fixing the hose to the washer that was not properly positioned. Total washer repair was $280. For an extra $125 I opted to have him clean my dryer vents while he was here. I'm so grateful for the quick, same day service. I highly recommend these pros for all appliance repair needs.

Moved into a renovated home that had a brand new range ( Forno). My first experience using it showed the calibration was far off. Mr. Appliance came out and made the necessary adjustments and voila - the temp is now in the normal range. Highly recommend MR APPLIANCE.

I recently had an outdoor barbecue kitchen installed in our backyard. For some reason the griddle was not working, so I contacted Mr. Appliance . Not only did they know what the issue was, they made sure to order the part in advance and then dispatched the technician to install it. They were able to finish up everything in under 30 minutes and did not charge me anything since it was covered under warranty. Now I know who to contact if I have any of my other appliances that need repair. Highly recommend this company, I found them to be extremely confident and trustworthy.

Bosch Home Appliances in Henderson did an awesome job with my fridge. I thought it was totally done but the tech knew exactly what part failed and even showed me everything. Super friendly, honest, and didn’t make me feel dumb for asking a bunch of questions lol. Hard to find service like this nowdays. 25 min late though
