Andres is our go to guy when our appliances are acting up or need a repair. He’s very honest and efficient. He never disappoints and is always willing to fit us in to his busy schedule.

Hometown Appliance Repair was great! Making the appointment online was easy and they communicated as needed before the appointment. The technician, Andrew was on time, courteous, ensured my furry friends didn’t get out, assessed the issue quickly, and gave me my options. Andrew is wonderful. He answers the first time you call and makes an appointment the next day. He lets you know when he is on his way and is always punctual. I have used Andrew’s services for my washing machine and refrigerator. Andrew is knowledgeable and reasonably priced. I have also recommended him to family and friends.

Andrew was great! We sent an inquiry over the weekend and he called first thing Monday morning to schedule and came out same day.
He knew immediately what the issue was with our dryer and repaired quickly. He was friendly, professional, neat, and even put the rug down in the laundry room when he was finished.

The issue with my dryer would start with heat then turn off during cycle, was recommended to clean the venting because of lint build. We had the venting cleaned out but the issue still persisted. Andres from HomeTown Appliance Repair came over and found out the issue with ease. Said the sensor was out and he could replace the part same day, carried all parts in his work van. Very convenient! Respectable guy, good energy, no shady character unlike the other technicians

We have a home warranty, from a company I won't mention, but that is how we came to know Hometown Appliance.
When our Bosch dishwasher had a problem, I called the warranty company, who contacted HT. I was given a date and a time frame, and unlike some other local companies, they arrived right on time. It took some time for the warranty company to get around to ordering the parts, but when they did, and the part arrived, HT again, arrived on time, and not only made the repair, but left the area better than he found it. He had to disconnect the water supply, under the sink, that hadn't seen light in a long time but is now free of any dust.
They are by far the best experience we've had in our 25+ years in the Las Vegas valley.
I paid the warranty company about $200 for parts and labor.

My washing machine died just before the spin cycle and it was filled with soaking wet towels. The lid was locked so I couldn't open it.
I called Mr. Appliance and Bachir arrived less than 2 hours later. He got the lid open so I could get the dripping towels out and identified the part that needed replacement.
It was in stock and he left to pick it up and returned about 2 hours later and completed the repair. I was able to continue with my laundry on the same day!

Very specialized appliance repair company, was sent to me for the Thermador Warranty. My warranty issue was resolved in a timely and professional manner.

The part that replaced the lost button is not the correct size. I feel the whole unit needs to be replaced and matches the convetion oven button.

I highly recommend Mr. Appliance. I was dealing with my home warranty and it was a nightmare all the way around. After two weeks of getting the run around from my home warranty company, I decided to call my own repair person and Louis from Mr. Appliance came to diagnose our dryer immediately. Once it was diagnosed as being the motor, he swiftly went and picked up the new motor, which was an original Samsung Motor, came back and installed it into the dryer in less time than it took for me to get a hold of my warranty company again! He was very clean and efficient! Louis was also very kind and he explained everything to me thoroughly. I feel like he was highly educated in appliance repair and I knew I was in good hands. There is a reason these guys are highly rated and I can say with confidence that I would call Mr. Appliance again if needed in the future.

I’d look elsewhere for repairs. We had a repair for our dryer through Mr. appliance, and they replaced a roller and belt on the dryer for $400. Less than a month later, our gas dryer nearly caught fire! We asked them to come out again, but they said it was unrelated and we’d have to pay to have them come take a look again. Therefore, we asked a different company to come out. The second company said the repair should have only cost $200. They also said that the wrong roller part was used, and it wasn’t a Samsung part, which is what our dryer was. As a result, it was rubbing and nearly caused a fire.

Ultimately, we decided to just replace the dryer at this point. I contacted Mr. Appliance headquarters searching for just a refund of the botched repair, and they said they’d reach out to the repair person regarding a refund. That was 3 weeks ago and nothings been done. I’d stay away from this place.
