James was very professional, try to call me before he will be here to fix the dryer, then 20 minutes before arrival called again to confirm that is on his way . Was able quickly resolve the issue and even clean the dusts after finish . Excellent service

Christian was a fantastic tech. He took his time, was extremely thorough, and made sure to get me on his schedule the next day to finish up after talking to the manufacturer. So far he is the only one that pushed for answers to get my oven fixed and calibrated properly.

He was very professional, knowledgeable and quickly figured out the problem, explained it to me, resolved it AND he came back in and showed me how to put the filter in correctly! Keep him!!!!

Jim came in a timely manner. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He completed the work on my refrigerator in a satisfactorily time frame. He took photos and explained the issues and how to best care for my unit in the future.... by keeping the coils clean so the compressor works at its best. I couldn't have gotten a more considerate and capable technician. Thank you Sears for sending the best to do excellent work!

The technician was great. He salvaged my experience. The communication and scheduling was terrible. The fact that you cannot talk to someone directly terrible but mission was the only positive. Administration immigration

By far this is the worst experience dealing with Sears. I picked Sears because of name recognition. It took about a month to get the part for my oven. The part did not work and literally blew up while the technician was here. The technician had to close out the ticket and I have to start all over again as if this was a new repair. There is no live person to speak to when you call. I am forced to use Sears now because I paid the service fee. After this repair is finally completed, I will never use Sears again. No wonder you have a dying company.

Worse experience I've ever had with a service agreement. Juan has been to my house 3 times and submitted a request for a new water heater each time. He told me today I just have to wait and it may take 2 or 3 more weeks. That will be 1.5 months without hot water. Sear's AI system sucks!! Can never talk to a real person.

Technician understood our concern that the AC unit was old and may fail during the coming hot season and our desire to do any necessary repairs or replacement. He advised current status and will provide a proposal for possible replacement of unit fails
