The tenants called that the dishwasher had stopped working. Wrote in the Universal Appliance. The technician arrived an hour later and fixed it. the spare part was in the truck. Thank. Great service .

Dimitri rescued us. We had another company repair our build in fridge. They came 3 times over two weeks spending 6 hours total. We were miserable using a spare small fridge in the garage. I had to fire them. Another company came out and said it would require the expertise of Dimitri. He came and in less than 15 minutes found the leak of refrigerant and the repairs that he would to fix it correctly. He ordered the parts came back next day and had it fixed in one hour. GE Dryer would not turn on - first service company was a no show on the first appointment but I still wanted to give them a try since it was a referral... reschedule for the following day... no show then completely ghosted us. Contact Universal appointment scheduled the same day, techs arrived very professional, diagnosed the problem quickly, explained the issue and the repair recommendation. They repaired the dryer even gave me tips on how to help my dryer function better and help extend its life with our family. Cost was very reasonable.

The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to come out earlier and had the parts to fix the problem. He also gave me tips on appliance home maintenance to prolong the life of them and helpful cleaning tips. If I ever have to call for service again, I hope I am lucky enough to have Demitri again. Hope the name is spelled correctly.

Our Wolf dual range needed repair and several repair services were unwilling to provide service for high end appliances such as Wolf, Viking and SubZero. Peter from Universal Appliance Service spent over 4 hours on our range and proved to be competent and thorough. I would highly recommend Peter for any brand name but the best for high end appliances. These guys saved our holidays! Oven died two days before Thanksgiving. They came right out and worked really hard to get the problem solved for a reasonable price. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Very nice guy came to my house and super succeeded my expectations. He came to help me fix my dryer and gave me some awesome advice to not fix it because it was cheaper to purchase a new one. He also help me with my freezer for no extra charge.

I've used this company several times over the last few years. They're honest, reliable and reasonable and usually get the work done the same day. The service man who recently tried to repair my refrigerator said that it would be very expensive and I would probably be better off buying a new refrigerator. I felt that was very honest .

My tech, Dimitri, arrived on time and got to work diagnosing and fixing the issue right away. He seemed trustworthy and was able to fix my washing machine within an hour. While we waited to see if the washer was working properly, he taught me how to clean my refrigerator coils, which I appreciated very much.

They charge a call fee for having them diagnose the problem. Then if you decide to have them fix it. They add the fee towards the repair cost.
