I was able to get an appointment the same day I called Hometown Appliance Repair when other places told me they wouldn’t be able to come out til next week. Andrew was great! My washing machine is back up and running which is a lifesaver for me with little kids. I am definitely calling them for future repairs.

Had my dryer’s motor replaced. Andrew was knowledgeable, fair and honest. Not to mention extremely quick in getting parts and repairing. My dryer sounds like when first purchased. I will definitely use their service again.

Not even 1 star worthy. I guess they don’t need business. Made appointment with them, they never arrived or called me back to explain why. Use another business so this doesn’t happen to you.

Outstanding service Andres showed up when he said he would and took care of our busted washing machine. He saved us hundreds of dollars and a lot of hassle by repairing an otherwise good machine. Best company in town! When my mom’s LG fridge stopped working I called LG directly and they referred me to Hometown Appliance as they are an authorized LG service provider. The tech came out right away to replace a faulty compressor that was still covered under the factory warranty. Working as good as new again. Don’t hesitate to call these guys as they are fast, friendly & very efficient!

My washing machine went on the blink just as a load of towels began the rinse cycle, ugh! A neighbor referred me to Andrew who was quick to respond and repaired it the following day. Thank you Andrew for doing a great job! I will definitely use your services, if needed, in the future.

Great experience from the beginning to the end. I noticed my fridge was out around noon and contacted a few places stressing out about my food going bad. Andres was the first to contact me back and understood my need going above and beyond servicing my fridge. He fixed it on the spot at reasonable price. Very professional and great attitude. Recommend him 100%.

Company got the job done great, but communication with them needs work. I set an appointment for Tuesday and the guy came Monday (I wasn't home, which is why I set Tuesday as our day). They never came on Tuesday and never communicated a follow up till called them asking why their tech didn't show up.

I also requested they send me an itemized receipt as I needed to send it to my insurance to reimburse me. To date, 2.5 weeks later, they still haven't sent it to me.
