Honestly the best part was how CLEAN it smelled. It was like a candle was burning somewhere, except there wasn’t. Just cleaning magic. Then the owner called that evening to check in. Satisfied? We’re over the moon. Diamond Oasis House Cleaners turned our dust bowl into a palace, and we’re keeping them as our cleaning MVPs for as long as we’re upright. Huge thanks to the team. Highly recommend these wizards to anyone drowning in their domestic disasters. Turns out most people who hire a cleaning service aren’t slobs, they just want things clean. :)

The crew did an amazing job and paid close attention to every detail. Our house really needed a deep clean, and having them take care of it was definitely the right move. Everything came out spotless, with every nook and cranny cleaned. We were looking for a full reset and they delivered. We will be using them going forward for maintenance cleanings to keep things up.

I recently switched to Priority after struggling through horrible service from another local pool service company. The level of professionalism and attention to detail so far has made our family so extremely happy we found them. Today Corey came by to pressure and acid wash the disgusting pool we unfortunately had. He did such a thorough and amazing job. Our pool looks brand new again and just in time for summer.

The Priority Pool team is awesome. Their weekly pool service is always done as scheduled and in a professional manner. And they are quick to help with any repair needs. Last week my pool heater stopped working the day before our grandkids were coming to visit and Priority Pools squeezed me into their schedule and got it fixed the same day. I could not recommend them more.

Priority Pool has provided totally reliable tech support for the past year they have provided service. I receive a weekly email report photographically verifying cleanup performed, status of water chemistry, and amount and type of necessary chemicals added. I interviewed several companies prior to selecting them and found most to be “one person job shops” with marginal expertise. Priority Pool provides techs with adequate training (although I wish they did more) and encourages attention to detail. Their office has been willing to answer all technical and billing questions I’ve had. I definitely feel I’m getting my money’s worth for the service.

Priority Pools are the best in town. They quickly got my pool balanced after a re-plaster and have kept it spotless since. They always send reports of the chemicals along with pictures and they were able to quickly replace a pump when my old one finally wore out. They also set the pump schedule and got it working with the app on my phone. Can’t say enough nice things about Priority Pools. They really take a lot of stress iff my shoulders and their price is competitive with others who don’t do everything, or everything well.

Best of all, they are the only pool service I have had that my dog likes! And they make extra sure the gates are closed so my puppy dies not get out. Supreme service!

The company is very good, very nice people. Specifically, Felipe Sousa, came highly recommended for his work ethic, his ready to work attitude, his patience, and overall his very kind and welcoming personality towards people. Does a really good job and did not disappoint. Him and the company came highly recommended, so I highly recommend them to anyone needing work done.

Mirson from Priority Pools is an extremely diligent worker. He won’t leave until every speck of debris is removed from the pool and the hot tub. He’s always timely, courteous and clearly takes pride in his work.

I must say that I’ve been with priority pools for several years now and couldn’t be happier with their service. Our pool tech Erik is outstanding. He’ll always walk me thru any pool issues and does a great job maintaining my pool each week. He’s courteous and does a fantastic job.
