This guy is just an all around solid person. I trust him with a key to enter my home when I am not available. He is extremely professional and shows up as scheduled without exception. His prices are extremely competitive and his final product is always second to none. Try this guy one time and you will be convinced to make him your go to window cleaning expert.

I did a Google search looking for a solar panel cleaning company. Saw the reviews for Perry's Services so I opted to give them a try. Needless to say I signed up for service every 6 months. Very pleased with the service and friendliness of Benton. I have already given his information to my next door neighbor and will continue to to give to others.

I have used Perry's Exterior Services many times for our beachfront house in Newport Beach for both interior and exterior window cleaning, and he provides outstanding, superior service. Hs is pleasant, knowledgeable, timely, personable and does fantastic work. He is always accommodating and works around our rental schedule. He even repaired a window for me, saving an expensive service call. I highly recommend him and will continue to use him on a regular basis. I even referred him to our property management company!

I have a solar system on top of my house and the service I got was excellent. After the service as done my Solar was working at 100% much better than before I had my solar panels cleaned. I highly recommend this company to anyone it’s well worth it. If you want your soul to work at cheek performance get this service done. I live in the desert and my electric bill was $24 this month. They are very honest and the prices are very reasonable. I plan on using them every three months so I can get the best out of my solar.

The owner, Benton Perry, does an excellent job of cleaning the windows and skylights at my house. I like that it the same person each time as opposed to a crew that could be different people. This allows for a consistent quality of work. He has a pleasant personality, is neat, timely and reasonably priced.

We are having our first Christmas living in Henderson and a new home. We were in search of someone to do our lights for the house. We found a great recommendation. Benton responded quickly to our inquiry, showed up right on time with a very reasonable fee. Unfortunately, I had bought the wrong type of lights and not having all of my extensions. Benton was so gracious to educate me on particular lights and what would be the best option. He even said he could come back in a couple of days and it would not be an issue. I was so relieved and he was super nice about the whole deal. He came back and made everything super convenient and we are very happy with the work he did! Christmas lights are all complete and we are enjoying them! We would highly recommend him! Very communicative, professional, educational and convenient!
