I’ve been using Priority Pool for my pool cleaning, and they’ve been amazing. Renan, the technician, is always on time, friendly, and does a fantastic job. My pool is always clean and well-maintained.
Renan takes the time to explain what he’s doing and makes sure everything’s in good condition. I really appreciate how reliable and helpful he is.

Rafael Alves with Priority Pools takes care of our pool and does a fantastic job. He is always courteous and professional. I love that I can explain exactly how I like my pool maintained and he is always understanding and receptive to how I expect the services to be. I was skeptical at first as I was maintaining my own pool and doing a good job however I feel I can sit back and just enjoy pool season with my family instead of worrying about my chemicals and overall pool health.

We have had a pool now for 11 years, the first nine of those years we struggled constantly with algae and dirt and just generally never having a clean pool when we wanted to go swimming. The communication is fantastic,Rafael always texts us before he comes to make sure that we are ready for him, and our dogs are put away. We have an old pool, with kind of crazy plumbing, and we have had three or four different Pool Service services that have never been able to explain what all the pipes do while they’re there and how to manage the system. Not only does Priority Pool do a fantastic job of maintenance, I never have to worry about my filters being clean or my pool being swimmable when I wanna go out, but they were also able to explain exactly how everything worked and why each pipe was there and what it does. They do the repairs, the maintenance and the cleaning and our pool is always perfect. Thank you so much for providing a service that, in this town, seems hard to find.

After several years of unreliable pool service from multiple providers, we finally found exactly what we were looking for! The best our pool has looked ever. PRIORITY POOLS is top notch from customer service to all our maintenance needs. Our particular technician, Lucas Artusi is dependable, courteous and friendly. We are notified when they are on their way and receive a full report with photos provided upon completion of service. He does an excellent job maintaining our pool and would highly recommend them to you if you are looking for pool service.

Choosing Priority Pools to maintain our pool was the best decision we made. Their service is outstanding, and their knowledge in pool maintenance is impressive. We had a guy named Gabriel who came out and did a fantastic job cleaning our pool. I'm used to cleaning my own pool in the past, and I'm very thorough. But this guy did a better job than me. I was so surprised that I called Priority Pools to speak to his manager on how great of a job that he did. I personally recommend this place for anyone to use for their pool service.
