I am very happy with their service. Took over after working with 2 other companies in town, pool was in rough shape. In matter of weeks these guys were able to improve my pool entirely. They have a great management and well organized internally. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a pool service company.

Priority Pools has been the best pool company I have ever had!! They are reliable, send photos each week and a summary of all chemical levels and what they added. They also check for any issues. For instance, apparently my pool service light was on, and since it’s cold, we haven’t used the pool in a while, so I had no idea. They text me, and sent photos. They came out a day or so later, diagnosed the problem and fixed it!
I have a home/pool warranty, but I have had such good service from Priority, that I actually chose to use them to fix my issue, rather than calling the home warranty. Sure it would have been less expensive using my warranty, but I have more trust in Priority than I do in whoever the home warranty chooses to send out. I would definitely recommend Priority Pools for all of your pool related needs!

Since Rafael Alves had been cleaning our pool it has never looked better. He maintains the water chemistry perfectly so there's not a strong chlorine smell. I love the report he sends worth all the pictures.

I had several properties serviced by Priority Pools for the last several years. The amount of turnover is insane. The staff on the phone can be nice but there are some that have no professionalism at all. I have had so many issues through the years and given this company so many chances. One example is a rental house of mine had black algae so bad that when I finally discovered it I had to go out and treat the pool on top of what they had to do to get it back to what it was supposed to be. This was serviced weekly and I paid for the entire bottom of the pool before I had to say something. They were fired last week for another incident.
So I hope their 5 star goes down because the larger they get the worse the service has been. They hope 2 stars for the ones that tried and were nice. The amount of time I have to utilize with these people was ridiculous. This isn’t rocket science, it’s pools and spas.

The best service for the best price. Our technician Raphael Alves is always considerate, letting us know he’s on his way so we can make sure our dogs aren’t out, he spends time making sure everything is OK, not just throw in some random chlorine and leave like other companies. Again, the best.

Lucas Artusi performs our pool service and always does an outstanding job. Our yard is routinely messy, even so Lucas goes above and beyond working around our mess. Rafael Alves has been cleaning our pool for about a year now. He is very pleasant and friendly. He’s always on time and cleans our pool better than any pool cleaner we’ve had in the past. I swim in my pool a few times a week and I never find any allege or debris that he missed. I appreciate Rafael’s professionalism and kind personality.
