Came out to service AC and found mold. Making steps to clean it out. Service people are always nice and respectful.

Carlos & his partner did a great job of checking my AC issue. They found the problem gave me a quote. The actual amount was less than the quote which was even better. They were both very friendly & professional.

Very knowledgeable & professional & considerate. The technician, (I’m terrible with names), went above & beyond, by helping me flip a vent cover to redirect air flow. I hope he comes back next year to do the yearly maintenance!

He explained things about preventive maintenance and how long the service life is on a water heater. Explained about upgrades that are available down the road when its time for replacement. A very informative technician.

Carlos did a good job at inspecting the units in the attic and in the side of the house. And he also explained why the cost of the utilities have not decreased that much because of the old insulation and the air ducts.
This was the complimentary year inspection/maintenance. My old HVAC was completely replaced November 2024.

Had several buds on replacing my old Air Conditioner and Furnace. When Rep came out I pretty much had made my decision before he came in. We got a very competitive price and I had been following Semper Fi on a lot of searches… they were top rated and the next day they installed our system… The technicians were excellent well mannered and cannot say enough how efficient they were.. I will have to have 2 nd system done soon and will definitely use Semper Fi.

These guys are super professional and knowledgeable. Friendly and easy to work with is hard to find , but Semper Fi steps up to the plate.

Had checkup on heating and cooling system. Found issues with both fan motors and some sensor. Recommend replacing since were rather old . Replacement was done quickly a few days later.

Brandon was the technician that came to our house for our HVAC matainence. He arrived on time, was very professional, knowledgeable and very respectful of our home as he came in and out with his equipment. He explained everything he did. Brandon was friendly and a pleasure to work with.

The staff and technicians with Semper Fi are the greatest. I have 2 properties with their thermostats, HVACs and furnaces. The products holds strong and with proper upkeep they last. The responses we've had with time and services were professional, quick, purposeful and always successful.
