Had a Semper fi tech out to replace the surge protector that we had installed with our ac unit that appeared to be acting up, after he completed the service he answered our questions about a special they are running that includes a soft start for the ac unit and a whole home air purifier and even made sure to send us an updated quote. Overall a great experience

The technician was very thoughtful and explained what needed to be done and provided a solution that would benefit our system so it worked more proficient. Great service!

My technician was amazing! Quick and friendly. Explained everything he was about to do and let me know about the free inspection for all plumbing in my home. After he completed his work he let me know what he found with an estimate and even offered a water softner installation and amount. I feel like I've had the best service with him.

We have waited to get our unit replaced since Nov and we are in Jan now. With Semper Fi we had our quote on Saturday and replaced on Monday. The process was quick and they fully explained why it broke in the first place which could have been prevented. If the previous company didn’t treat us like a pinch in and punch out job. My AC was blowing cold air. I immediately emailed customer service and within minutes I get a call back. She let me know a scheduler will call once they open. It wasn’t very long at all and I get the call. They set up an immediate appointment call and everything was fixed b4 I even ate my breakfast. Great customer service! Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I received a phone call from Semper Fi as their customer from a recent A/C unit install last year. They were calling to schedule a free water heater inspection! I thought, couldn’t hurt, 3 days later our technician Josue showed up, flushed/filled the heater and gave me some tips/tricks on expanding the life of my water heater. He was early too from getting done with ann earlier appointment!

Have you semper Fi for a few years now, weather and emergency or regular upkeep, have never had a problem, this last time the technician, Shane, did such a great job of walking us through everything that had to give them five stars! Would recommend and will be using again.

The installers showed up on time, we’re super respectful of my neighbors and of my house. They were very helpful with explaining how my new A/C works! It’s a huge relief knowing everything is now up to date and working great! They took care of me as if I were family and that really meant a lot!

They installed my system just over 1 year ago. My heat stopped working yesterday... placed a service call at 3pm. Annabelle was very nice to speak with and set up a service call immediately. 1.5 hours later, Carlos was leaving my house after fixing my heat, and checking my system for any other issues. I was still able to make my 5pm appointment. Carlos is fantastic. Prompt, courteous, friendly and efficient. Same goes for Annabelle. Excellent customer service all the way around. I'm very impressed and my house is warm and cozy. Thank you both.

He came in putting covers on his shoes, which most people that come to my home do not. He explained everything to me how things work what I needed it. Thank you Semper Fi. We just got a new HVAC unit installed, and our initial visit from David was very informative. He was patient and available to answer additional questions we thought of days later. The fair quote and payment options offered by Semper Fi were very much appreciated. Techs Javier and Diverous (and I'm sure Abel too, though I did not interact with him much), were amazing. I was able to give Javier a 5 stars and would love to assure Diverous also got 5 stars if possible. He was very informative, really friendly, and professionally conscious while working in our home. He was meticulous during clean up and even unfolded our lawn flag that got wrapped around the pole before he left. I appreciate everyone's honesty. Having spent around $35,000 with another HVAC/plumbing company for them to only mess things up and lie, it is refreshing to have techs who know what they are doing, show me dangerous errors left by the other company that could have harmed our health if not taken care of. Also, not having hot water for over a year because of the other HVAC/plumbing company, Diverous, Javier, and Abel finally fixed it in one day with the installation of the A/C unit being removed from our water lines, while the other company still has not communicated a fix, and have sent out over 8 techs in 12 months. I wish I would have known about Semper Fi sooner. It would have saved us a lot of money, frustration, and botched projects. It was nice to love our home again and be excited for when this project is complete.

We won a free tune up from Instagram & the worker Aaron Alexander was very excellent he is a very big hearted worker he takes on his task with pride and heart. he was very patience we me & a good listener to all my concern & question that I had .
He was also very thorough & open & honest going over all his findings and giving us his honest opinions what the next best step is .
he helped us with the financing process for taking care of the findings that he found that is critical. But we did have some few bumps along the way to get approved due to our credit but He was very determined to lock us in one the best deal that works for us!$ he succeeded . I would Highly suggest him as employee of the year & I would highly recommend this company

In December I took advantage of a routine furnace inspection special from Semper Fi. I was surprised when I was told my furnace needed to be replaced for nearly $10,000, even though it had been working fine.

After my daughter shared our concerns in a review, Semper Fi quickly sent another technician, Cole, to my home in Indian Springs. Cole spent almost an hour explaining everything clearly and professionally. He found that the inspection equipment used previously was faulty and that a sticker on the furnace had been misread. He confirmed my furnace was manufactured in 2021 and does not need to be replaced.

I truly appreciate how Semper Fi handled the situation and how thorough, patient, and respectful Cole was. He made everything right and restored my confidence in the company.

Over the last 15 years we've been trying to find a reliable and honest company to do our HVAC repairs and eventually to replace the inefficient 30 year old systems. The Radio ad people were pushy and always trying to upsell me. Eventually I tried Semper Fi to get honest prices and quick, safe, and clean installation upstairs and down. They're who they say they are. Retired military and top line American made equipment. Thanks again for your help and I am looking forward to seeing your technicians for the maintenance of the new systems. My wife is an educator so we got the first responder/ military discount.
