Dalton was great, the price, hard to say, it seemed like he did it pretty quick, 30 minutes or less. But compared to others good price. In my opinion everyone overcharges- labor is in the hundreds per hour. Price is why not a 5 star. I dont know what the parts cost though.

After getting my new filtration system installed, I decided to change the shower heads in my bathrooms. I went to turn on the guest shower and no water came out. I did some research and found out that when these systems are put in, if not careful, they can release a chunk of sediment that can clog the cartridge or shower arm. I let the company know about it and they came out and noted the problem was behind the shower arm and that they wanted to charge me an additional $800 to repair it. In lieu of the fact that this issue happened after they're installed it should absolutely have been covered under their warranty and they refuse to accommodate me. So they gained the one-star review and lost a customer who will be redoing his master bathroom and replacing his dual HVAC systems within the next year.

Response was fast, the technicians were great, but the price was extremely expensive. I needed to replace two bathroom sink cartridges on my wall mounted sink to stop a slow leak. I purchased the cartridges from the sink manufacturer but was having trouble getting the old ones out. I just didn't have the right tools. Cost was $295 (before 10% coupon) to unscrew the old cartridges and screw in the new ones I purchased - 5 minutes worth of work. That's a big tool tax.

Again - I appreciate the professional and knowledgeable techs, but I can't recommend this company for small jobs based on their pricing for this job.

Called to have a plumber come look at a leak in my kitchen. They scheduled it for the very next day and I had a plumber show up at the scheduled time and took care of that leak plus another leak I had. It was great! Fast and friendly service. I will be calling them for any upcoming plumbing needs.

We had a problem with the hot water not coming out of our kitchen sink. Mike came by and diagnosed it quickly and explained everything in an easy to understand manner. He provided a quote and we scheduled the service a few days later. When he came back for the repair, in addition to expertly completing the work he also helped us put up our Christmas tree and then he cooked a Michelin star caliber six course meal for us and to be honest I thought the beef Wellington was a bit underwhelming but the crème brûlée desert was to die for. His wife even knitted us new Christmas stockings which was completely unexpected but greatly appreciated as ours got wet when I initially tried to fix the plumbing issue myself. Overall I give the service 5 stars and 1 Michelin star. I will use 702 PlumbAir for all future plumbing needs and will be requesting Mike every time in the future.

This company is fantastic. This was my second time calling them, this time for a potential leak outside my house. First, I appreciate that they have a real person answering the phones instead of a menu. Second, they had Jaylyn out to my house within hours. He came out, was very professional and very reassuring, helped diagnose the issue, and gave me some pointers to prevent anything else from happening.
I will keep calling this company first.

Old pipe was going uphill they were able to dig down and replace the pipe in one day. Also took time to clean extra and answer my questions thank you to Mike and Brayden.

I called 702 PlumbAir in the morning and they were able send Chavis and Brendon out the same day. Both technicians were personable and polite. They wore booties to protect my floor. They were efficient, explained everything they were doing and took pictures of the problem and after fixing the problem. Using good diagnostics they were able to get to the real issue and fix that as well.

Scheduled kitchen plumbing repair very quickly. Plumbers were very professional and fixed our problem. Will certainly engage 702 PlumbAIR for our next repair.

Terrell came from Express Home Services to do an electrical safety inspection. The office called to let me know that he would be here in 30 to 45 minutes. He arrived in 30 minutes right on time. Terrell was very professional, friendly, respectful, and informative. He introduced himself upon arrival and explained exactly what he would be doing, in a manner that was understandable. After inspecting everything he came back with three different estimates. So I could choose what I could afford to have done right now. Pricing was very reasonable. So I was able to get all done. And he will be back tomorrow with the parts to complete the job. I highly recommend Terrell and Express Home Services for a job well done. Keep up the great work.

I called the office and the young lady was very friendly and set up my appointment. My tech was Chris G. He was very friendly and very thorough and professional. His workmanship was excellent. As a consumer these days you always are a little nervous when you are having work done. Not the case here. I would highly recommend 702PLUMBAIR.

I phoned 702 PlumbAIR On Wednesday morning October 23, 2025 requesting an inspection and a quote for remedy of a leaking bathtub faucet. A technician (Daniel Wolff) was at our house within 3 hours of my call. Daniel quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained what parts and procedures were required to fix the leaky faucet. During his visit Daniel discovered some additional issues with our water heater and toilet. He gave an honest opinion on why we should address these issues before they became more serious in nature. Daniel quoted fair and accurate prices for the parts and labor required. We agreed to the repair bid and scheduled the work to be done the next day. The repairs were successfully completed by noon. Great service, pricing was more than fair. What we thought was a problem with heat was a big problem with our vent falling apart. The guy that installed our new water heater a few years ago taped the vent to the chute which we didn't know was bound to fail. When it did, it was leaking carbon monoxide in our garage. Our service tech, Dalton, took time to explain it through and fixed it. Very satisfied. Will call this company next time
