We have worked with 702 plumbair on several projects/emergencies at multiple properties and the experience has always been EXCEPTIONAL! The latest project had a lot of unexpected problems come up but Mike was beyond understanding and very helpful. We felt like we were well taken care of and most importantly like he was being honest with us and had our best interests in mind. That can be so hard to find in Las Vegas. We will only use 702plumb air.

Tyler, our repairman was very knowledgeable about the 3 issues we had regarding the garbage disposal. He completed the job within a hour and we were satisfied with the results. We felt that the price was excessive but we needed to get the job done so we made the decision to move forward with the job because we had called other plumbers who didn't return our call and couldn't wait any longer because we needed the disposal fixed or repaired. We did find new garbage disposers in the $100 to $200 range and had a hard time resolving the remaining $800 as labor cost. But it's done and life moves on!

He is very professional when he services my ac/heat units. He does not try to scare me or scam me like many others have done when they service my units. He is honest with me and in today's world, that is a MAJOR reason I continue to use them unlike others in this field. I fire them and some have lied to me after being a customer for YEARS. I highly recommend this company for honesty, professionalism and great work.

George was very professional and informative about replacing our 17 year old water heater. He offered a number of options. Their installation was timely and efficient. They cleaned up and took all trash with them.

I had a broken drain pipe and was honestly stressing out about the repair. I was quoted nearly $995 with a week-long wait for the job to be done. That's when I called 702PlumbAir and was fortunate enough to have Tyler (Big T) come out for the job.

Tyler was fantastic. He explained the repair process in detail, which gave me confidence right away. After quickly assessing the issue, he ran out to grab the necessary parts and was back in no time. The repair was done in under an hour, and the price was incredibly reasonable compared to other quotes I received.

Excellent experience here! Christopher did a great job and made sure everything was working perfectly. I called at night and they came first thing the next day. My water was shut off, so I was very happy about the quick response. I couldn't be more satisfied. I will be using 702PlumbAir in the future, including a new AC unit this winter. Wonderful service!

The technician was very nice but showed up late. The pricing was terrible. They quoted $3,000 to replace out 2 sink faucets and a shower handle. I found another plumber that did everything and parts for under $1,000.

I had a great experience with 702Plumbair. Someone (a human - not a machine!!) answered each time I called and was super polite and helpful. They fit me in same day for a free estimate and were very communicative. Let me share my experience with everyone. I have AC that needed work and they came here. They follow through with what they say. They’re very accommodating. They have so much experience. I had two other company that couldn’t fix the problem. They made sure not just to fix the problem but to follow up to make sure it’s properly done they’re amazing. I have nothing but good thing to say about them. I’m grateful for the company. I’m grateful for them to be in Las Vegas and honored to meet such a nice people. Thank you for helping me.

I was grateful that this plumbing facility was a god send. I was desperate and didn’t know where to turn. I was recommended to this service by another plumbing service that stated they would probably be able to help me in my emergency situation. I couldn’t afford to obtain the complete service however these expert plumbers satisfied my emergency. These guys are the best!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with 702 PlumbAIR. We've had some less than stellar times with plumbers in town so I was a little jaded going into our appointment but they blew the rest out of the water (no pun intended).

They were friendly and explained everything they were going to do and why they were doing it. They walked us through all our options on water heaters and set us up with a tankless water heater that has been fantastic so far. I never felt like I was being upsold and all of their prices were fair. They also repaired a leak in one of our bathtubs.

Everything was efficient and setting up the appointment was easy. We will definitely be using them for any future plumbing needs.

They restored our heating in a couple hours after the circuit board shorted in the middle of the night. Hazel at the office was nice and quick to set things up. Hemal was friendly and professional. A family member referred this company to us and we will definitely continue to use their services in the future.

This company did for me in 2 days what another company dragged its feet for 3 weeks getting started.

Above and beyond from beginning to end.

They responded quickly to my inquiry, came out SAME DAY to assess the problem, and took no time in getting my main waterline pipe fixed in less than 6 hours the very next day after the assessment. They even came back the next day after that and filled in the trenches for me, which was not at all expected.

Might sound silly but these guys quite literally saved my soul from extra stress that other companies were trying to put me through.
