Mechanical Plus is the only HVAC company I will ever use. The owner is very knowledgable, and answered all my questions right away. He is NOT A SALESMAN, he’s a professional who will get your system running exactly how it should without any hassles. The technicians were great as well, when they installed my brand new units they went above and beyond. They even gave my existing ac stands a facelift with a fresh coat of paint to make the entire set up as perfect as possible. I will be using them for annual maintenance as well.

Mitch was very pleasant to work with concerning replacement of my air conditioning system. He provided a very reasonable quote for a new system and installed it the next day. It was great to meet an Honest AC contractor. I would not hesitate to recommend his service to anyone. I also signed up for his annual maintenance checks after dealing with companies that have been less than honest in the past.

Absolute 5 star experience! Everything from scheduling the appointment to installation and clean up was a breeze! Everyone was super professional, courteous, and left me more than satisfied. Special shout out to the techs that did my install. They did excellent work, were very clean and made sure I knew how to operate my thermostat before they left. I will continue to use Mechanical Plus for all my maintenance needs moving forward. Highly recommend these guys!

Referred to Mechanical Plus by an HVAC company that handles commercial accounts, very thankful for the referral. Spoke to two other HVAC companies and Mechanical Plus gave me the lowest cost. Great follow up by Mechanical Plus working with my work schedule and jury duty. Mitch’s installation team was polite, courteous and friendly, worked around my dogs barking the entire time of the install. Installation team placed carpet/furniture protectors around my house and kept my home clean. Mitch offered me assistance in changing my filters every 30 days that I also appreciate since climbing a ladder is not my favorite activity . These are the guys to use !

AH-MAZING!!!!!! I was dreading calling to find someone who could save us from the inferno our new studio had become - we are building, painting and suddenly - the AC's start falling off one by one and then stressing the few of the 8 left for the 6000 sqft. I received a very reassuring reference, so I called the owner around 4pm and was delighted he offered to come inspect the very next morning - Saturday! On Monday, the most amazing tech, Jesse, came and figured out all our issues. Come to find out, we had a MESS of a wire maze with 8 units and 11 zones. Our landlord was none too pleased and after talking to Mitch, he worked his magic and won approval (the landoord's normal company never returned 5 calls!) It's only Tuesday and I am sitting in perfect comfort on another hot Vegas day. Mitch has a plan and we hired him for ongoing maintenance/support. He even smoothed everything over with our landlord. I feel like we received ROCK STAR treatment ... professional, so friendly and communication was top notch. This is THE number to have in Vegas!!!! Man! It has been a looooong time since I have had anything good to say about an HVAC company. Reached out to Mechanical Plus today, and they were able to schedule a time that worked for me same day. Not only did I get a tech out to my place to look things over, I got two! Jesse and Sergio, we’re very courteous, respectful, and complete professionals! They took time to understand what my system was doing, and assessed the issue. It came down to a loose wire in my fan motor in the attic. Most companies I have dealt with in the past would have taken full advantage of my ignorance in HVAC systems. These men did not! They completely broke down what was going on up there, walked me through their whole troubleshoot of the system, and ultimately told me it was a loose wire. They even told me what the tolerances of the equipment were supposed to be and confirmed things were in range. They could have easily charged me a ton of money and changed out parts that I would have had no idea were good! But, they didn’t. They gave me a full report, a short education on HVAC, and only charged me for the diagnostic fee, which I felt was extremely fair for their time on site! Mechanical Plus is the real deal! They are the good guys of HVAC! I’m telling everyone I know to use these guys!

I was in the market to replace my 15 year old 4 and 5 ton Freus A/C unit and a friend recommended that I call Mechanical Plus before I made any decision. We researched the business on the Web. From the very first contact with the office thru the total installation process the outstanding reviews we read were not only validated, but far exceeded. The appointment was efficient in scheduling and communicating what the process was to be. Mitch Borger, the owner, conducted a survey of our home with two of his team of installers to provide us the estimate of our request. At no time did anyone enter our home without wearing booties. All touching and handling such things as the entry to the attic was done with gloves. Movement of ladders and other necessary equipment was done under the watchful protective eye of Mitch. The respect shown for our home and furnishings was awesome. During the whole process Mitch communicated with his team as to the need for certain actions and as well explained to us what would happen should he get the job. Mitch explained what his thought process was in determining our needs for proper coverage and the quality of his recommended product. The whole survey process was on time as scheduled, informative and efficient. We received a very competitive price from Mitch and scheduled an installation. Installation was just as respectful as the survey. Our installers, Jesse, Armando and Kimberly were professional and knowledgeable as well as friendly and courteous. The floors were covered, gloves used to handle any items and booties were worn in the house, removed when they were in the attic installing the heater and then replaced when moving to the exit of the house. Outside installation much the same with the care as if it were their own home. Mitch, I found out was not a desk bound owner, rather an on the job partner with his crew. The respect that each of the installers had for each other, as well as the comfort they had with Mitch was extremely evident. Mitch's high standards and procedures for working in the customer's home was exemplified by all three of our installers. They communicated professionally during the process and Mitch was heavily involved with assisting where necessary. The whole event was extremely professional in all aspects. We could not be happier with the results of this project and I would highly recommend contacting Mechanical Plus prior to making any kind of major purchase such as Air Conditioner and Heating units. I am confident that the annual maintenance will be conducted with the care and efficiency that I have witnessed in the purchase.

We had a horrible noise coming from one of our AC units and we called Mitch. He sent over someone to look at it and unfortunately we needed two new units!! New units installed in two days. Very professional and timely. Definitely recommend this company.

This was one of the best companies I found here in Henderson Nevada I try I don’t know how many company and they all recommended a new Hvac system. This company repaired my AC without me having to get a new HVAC they were the best price company. I had no money they repaired it for me. I’d highly recommend this company to anyone. Had a great experience with this company. We had to replace the HVAC system in our home, they made the experience very easy. The entire team was very friendly. Mitch was honest and got everything back to us very quickly. The team that did the work on the house was great! They made this process stress free and quick. Mitch is honest, he does great work, on time repairs, transparent when explaining requirements needed for my old unit which was near 20 yrs old. I decided to replace my Payne 3 ton combo package with an American Standard 3 ton 15 seer 2 stage. The price couldn't be beat, retrofit with new fabrication, new thermostat, electronic invoice, and no issues! The unit is amazingly quite, runs cool air immediately when it turns on, and could not be happier.
