I contacted Pinky Promise yesterday about my very old furnace, which was no longer working. I expressed concern about how quickly my house was getting cold inside. Within two hours, their technician came to my home, confirmed the furnace needed to be replaced, and scheduled next-day installation of a new furnace. Early this morning, three of their technicians arrived at my house, removed the old furnace from my attic, and expertly installed a brand new furnace that is working perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the work they did.

He didn’t mind my questions, provided clear information on my system’s current condition, and offered valuable suggestions. I called Pinky Promise Air Conditioning & Heating to arrange an appointment to check the ducting in my attic. I had been advised by another big company that it all needed to be replaced. When the tech from Pinky Promise arrived he was extremely prompt and professional. He did an inspection of the ducting and even took a video of what he saw. He informed me that everything looked fine and no replacement or adjustment was needed. I appreciated his honesty and all of the information that he gave to me. My AC started blowing hot air in March and I got quoted an outrageous amount from another company . A friend of mine referred me to Pinky Promise and I’m so glad . Mitch went above and beyond. Unfortunately my dad passed away and I’m going through a hard time . My AC unit needed a new coil and recharge / coolant. Mitch ordered the coil for me right away and right before it got hot outside he got my unit up and running smoothly. Mitch even made a special trip back that evening because the thermostat wasn’t functioning right and the fan kept running continuously. He even showed me how to fix my squeaky front door 😆. I’m truly grateful to Mitch for all his hard work . Thanks to him my pets and I are staying nice and cool.

Our old system died a spectacular death, just when we needed it the most! Given the age of our systems, we knew that we were better off replacing the hot and cold sides of both of our systems, so we really did our homework.

The Pros at Pinky Promise were one of several bids, but they were the only one who spotted a huge design flaw in our old system and gave us an amazing price on 2 brand new Heating and Cooling Systems.

They took the time to really evaluate and design a system that is much more efficient and quieter that our old configuration. Thank you for taking such good care of us.
