My air went out in the middle of major heat wave and Pinky was here the next morning to fix the problem. It was a process of elimination because the system was working when they arrived. Turned out to be my exhaust fan. It was fixed in no time. They even scheduled a complete maintenance and cleaning for a couple of days later to keep the unit working efficiently. Wow I was very impressed with Pinky Promise. From start to finish, initial contact through service completed it was just great. I got the impression the management and tech have old-school values of honesty, integrity and good follow-through. Didn’t try to upsell me on lots of stuff like some other companies did. Just talked with me straight in a way that I felt like I could trust them. I’d definitely recommend them to others.

Orlando came out to help me with the smart thermostat installation I did myself (womp womp I had issues of course haha). He was amazing, explained to me exactly what was wrong and why and what I should be aware of in the future to make sure my system didn’t 1. Run me up extra on my monthly bill and 2. Make sure my system lasts as long as possible. Seriously cannot recommend Orlando enough. Will definitely be reaching out if I have any other needs. Thank you all again. Highly recommend!

Excellent employee in Mitch he got our house cooled down after the air went out and it was 95 in our house with 3 dogs! Installed a portable so I could work and then as promised they arrived the day they said to completely replace the unit and we were thrilled! Thank you Pinky promise for helping my family !

The guys over at pinky promise are tip top. Last year I had an issue with my ac, of course during the hottest week of the year, and my home warranty company sent some guys out that 1 misdiagnosed and 2 said they couldn’t get to if for about a week. So I called pinky promise and they came through and came through same day!!! They came out diagnosed the problem correctly and installed a new unit the next morning and had me up and running, came home to a cool house that day!

Mitch & the team were all very professional & quick! They helped our family with our HVAC units for our home. I called them for check up for possible repairs & they came out within 2 days of contacting them.

We are new to Nevada and the desert air has been a challenge definitely. From the moment Curry arrived and shook my hand good things began. He happily explained and demonstrated how and why his products would vastly improve our quality of life. After thoroughly investigating our air ducts he made some recommendations and wrote up a complete estimate to do 3 independent units in our system. Next morning his crew, he and Mitch, the other co-owner, arrived to ensure things were rolling and to our satisfaction. The guys spent an entire business day cleaning and installing the new UV and magnetic mesh to our existing system. By the next morning it was clear we had made the right decision! The air in our house continues to improve and we are most grateful! We also wanted to mention that the job they did was actually $200 bucks less than the original estimate and we got a check in the mail within 3 business days! First class all the way! Pinky promise installed a new system to replace a 24 year old system. Work was done professionally and great job on clean up afterwards.
